It's always nice and quiet and inviting. Rachael definitely has magic hands and she can actually tell what you need by touching you so if you're not sure if you need deep tissue or medium to firm she can tell you. She's great with the cups. They literally took one look at us decided which healer would work on each of us. I got Wendy who asked me "soft, medium, hard, or relaxing?" I said medium hard? She knew EXACTLY what that meant and got that exactly right the whole time. She asked me 2 other questions the entire time. She was DIALED. IN. She took a couple minutes to tactically "survey the scene." She then proceeded to address every knot in my back and every issue I have been having with my back or neck or shoulders in waves for the next 30 minutes. And then she did a mini version of that to my arms and legs. Robert worked on My Love. He never even asked her. He just did the tactical survey and got to the healing. I didn't know this because I was faced down in my massage table, but I could just feel it. Like the first five minutes of this massage was so good I was convinced it was better than anything either of us had ever had before. So when it ended and we got to face each other, I said I just kept hoping and praying that you're a massage was as perfect as my massage because this was Eastern healing! (and I imagined it was better than many to all of our prior massages.) We agreed. It was the best ever. All that plus 1. Not a spa at a casino or resort, so super chill 2. Super (French accent) reasonable 3. Eastern "Healing" vs Western massage degree Masseuses I'd give 'em more stars if I could. Do yourself a favor.
