Today was my first time at this location. I've been going to the Rolling Oaks / TOSH facility for many years. RadNet pushed me toward this location, saying that the Rolling Oaks locale was booked up for all of June and July. Now that I've seen this place, it confirms my suspicions that they're pushing hard to get this facility up to speed more quickly by metering how many appointments they will handle at Rolling Oaks at TOSH. This location didn't work for me for a number of reasons. It feels extra-large and carries a modern, but cold vibe. It can certainly cycle a lot of patients through each day, based on the space in the waiting room, and the changing room and interior waiting area. I don't know how many diagnostic machines they have, which would be a limiting factor. My main challenges with them center around that fact that I'm having a lot of nerve pain issues right now. They're affecting my ability to walk or stand without significant pain. Standing in the queue to wait to be called up to one of the agents was not physically pleasant. That followed more walking than I was expecting, because it's a ways in from the parking lot, and then the waiting room is very large, so that was another gauntlet to cross. Eventually I was the next to be called to check in. I had filled out the online paperwork, but didn't have the time to fool with taking photos of my ID and insurance cards, so that had to be done by the associate at the desk. She also had a couple of forms for me to sign, and took the $40 payment for advanced AI-assisted imaging. If you use a debit card you save 3% over using a credit card. My wait to be called back for the imaging wasn't too long. A pleasant woman showed me to an open changing room. Therein was provided a fresh gown for the waist-up coverage. It's nice that they are freshly packaged for each patient, but they are covered in plastic. That's a lot of plastic bags to throw away each day. I would hope that they are recycled in some fashion; otherwise it's very wasteful. The gown wasn't too small - hooray! The imaging tech was professional and speedy. She apologized for the awkwardness of some of the poses required for the digital mammography. We had a laugh when I commented on the absurdity of what we have to go through to capture these important screening images. Sometimes you have to laugh - making lemonade out of lemons, as it were. All told, the staff members were good to interact with, and the newish facility is very clean. It also just feels massively large, and was physically challenging for me to manage so much walking and standing in my present condition. I longed for the coziness of the old Rolling Oaks / TOSH location. read more

Breastlink Women's Imaging - It's large, modern, and has a cold feeling to this woman's style aesthetic preferences. - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

I want to share my experience here. I came in to get a breast lump checked. The girls were very nice and I also just want to share that Dr Weiss was phenomenal. Her bedside manner and kindness meant a lot. I read alot of bad reviews before coming that made me nervous but I had a great experience. I really loved that I was able to get in for this appt last minute too. read more

I was sorry to see the lower reviews as I had a very pleasant experience here. This year has been a challenging year for my health and with that has come many many appointments over the last six months. I've sadly become a pro at navigating different clinics and doctor's offices. With that said, the breastlink women's imaging center far surpassed my expectations. To start, getting here was easy. They have plenty of parking and it was a quick walk up the path to the main entrance. The breastlink woman's imaging office is all newly remodeled and lovely (probably one of the biggest and prettiest waiting rooms I've been in). They nailed the decor and atmosphere for patients waiting. Sometimes little touches go a long way, especially when you are awaiting your screenings anxiously. The front desk was a breeze and staff were super nice. The girls working the front moved the check in lines along quickly and I found their customer service to be A+. Lastly, getting to the dreaded part - going in back for different ultrasounds. The staff were all super nice and reassuring. I was super nervous and I was treated with respect and care. The gal taking the imagining was very nice, professional, and made the whole experience not feel weird. The rooms were actually comfortable and super clean - making it feel like a more sophisticated non sterile expedience if that makes sense. I was here for about an hour and left feeling reassured that I had been in good hands and had a pro doing my imaging. I get these are offices people don't want to be at but overall I had a good experience here and if I ever needed specific imaging, this would be a spot I'd stop. read more

I've been getting my mammogram for several years now and have tried several of Rolling Oaks locations. This place was huge! A lot of different services are offered at this central location. I was in and out very quickly. And the technician was very professional and had great bedside manner. I would make all my future appointments at this location. read more

I recently turned 40 and I had my first ever mammogram at another location. I was sent here for additional testing . I had a CT and ultrasound as my exam came back abnormal. Staff was kind and extremely professional. I felt so cared for. Since it was my first time going through this, I was a bit scared but everyone made me feel soooo relaxed. read more

Mammogram check, the care quality I wasn't able to get that far to experience that Part. The front desk, they're helpful to the extent, but my experience wasn't really good. I wish the people would mention to the patients before the appointment is made, what our portion will be. I took the time off for this and when I arrived I was dropped a bomb of what I need to pay. I didn't have it on me, but if I was aware prior I could have had it ready. I had to cancel my appointment I was upset that I took the day off and lost pay. To say the least my experience here wasn't to good. read more

Front desk was not helpful and rude. The chat billing department was also rude and had his attitude. His name was Corey. Terrible service and no one wanted to admit their billing mistakes. read more

Breastlink opened 3 months ago and it is a really nice, new, big facility, behind the Janns Mall. They had about 4-5 people at the front desk checking women in. I waited no more than 5 minutes and was shown to the private changing area. Got a new gown for top only. Threw my stuff into a locker, punched in a code and off I went into another a small waiting area. Here I waited 2 min before technician called me back. Exam lasted aboit 15 minutes. I'ts never fun getting a mammogram, but everyone was super nice which made process easier. Got my results in 2 days, via Radnet. read more

If I could give 10 stars to nurse Kim I would. She is the most caring, sweet and special woman. This was my first time getting a mammogram and due to DV history I get triggered with feelings of being held down and pain, I started crying when I got into the room with her and told her why. I felt so silly but she instantly comforted me, explained everything to me in great detail, she was so kind, kept me talking throughout and was the sweetest. I honestly don't know if I could have done this with another nurse, she was ideal for what I was feeling and going through. I am beyond thankful for her. Her empathy to my situation and her normalizing how things can be triggering. Just everything about her was incredible! I cannot say enough how thankful I am for such a kind spirit. Thank you Kim read more

Absolutely do not go here. When you book an appointment, they never tell you anything you need to bring with you and when you get there if you're missing anything, they can cancel your appointment and make you come back. They did it to me two days in a row! Staff is unorganized and they clearly don't have a structured process for anything read more

Customer service & THE HOURS OF WAITING, has been poor enough that I walked out & never came back on 3 attempts. While the lobby is nice the center has ONLY ONE MAMMOGRAM MACHINE for service. Why not purchase another imaging machine to deal with the wait? Radnet I used to love you but no more read more

Absolutely, disgusting Place! Absolutely wish I had looked at the reviews before coming all the way out here from Woodland;Hills. First, I will say as a woman, it is so hard to take care of yourself! Especially when you are a single mother without any help and running a business. I left work in time to make it for my 210 appointment. I walked in at 2:14 and they told me they would not see me. I am absolutely beside myself. This place is a crime against the very women theyare trying to support in their health journey. I am so disgusted. it brought me to tears. Shame on this place!!!!! read more

This place is amazing! The whole staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician Katy was so kind, patient, and accommodating to my disability. She would check on me to see if I was okay. She explained what needed to be done through out the whole process of the mammogram. She treated me with the utmost respect and was professional. The place is spacious, nice, and fancy. It's also a positive environment. read more

Unacceptable customer service. This is my 3rd time being sent home needing to reschedule. First two times I was told there was no radiologist on site. Today they said multiple tests cannot be scheduled same day, never told this before. They blame the schedulers, who obviously aren't trained. It's not up to the patient to know these can't be done on the same day. But also doesn't make sense why. Non apologetic. Just come on different days they say. No respect for patients time. read more

Slow front desk, no greeting, no apology for having to wait ten minutes to check in when four employees were working. This happened to me twice in two weeks. No smiles, they all looked like they hate their job. read more

I was very impressed with this facility. It's so relaxing, and all the employees were so kind, getting a mammogram is never a fun thing to do. They were very punctual, I will definitely make my future appointments at this facility. read more

First when making an appointment they make use RedNet which doesn't give you the new address. Once you finally get the correct address you are told you will be taken as first come. So why are we making appointments. When I was checking in I was being help (if you would call it that) by a person Claudia who was so rude and u professional. When I asked to speak to the office manager she laughed and said she was the office manager. Looked to the lady to the right of her who is a co worker and said not our problem. Worst customer service. If Claudia is the office manager, she needs some more training on how to be an office manager. read more

Terrible! Making the appointment was challenging and then when I showed up I waited in line for 20 minutes. Then, they told me they had to reschedule because it was too late! I've been standing here waiting while 4 receptionists are standing around. Dreadful customer service. read more

Cold and impersonal. I waited in line then was told that I arrived too late to be seen. The time you arrive should be when you walk in the door. As a breast cancer survivor these appointments carry a lot of emotion, I won't be returning. read more

Had my first appt for mamo the week before thanksgiving. Loved the staff. Front desk was wonderful and every staff person I dealt with in my first visit was very kind and personable. The Friday after Thanksgiving I get an email to call for a follow-up. Not sure why I got an email when I put down text. I called and had the worst encounter with a woman that didn't speak very good English. I was already anxious and she schedules me for 2 more appts but I have no idea what they are for because I couldn't understand her. I go to my follow up for another mamo and an ultrasound and am informed the same day that I have a mass and need to schedule a biopsy. Love that I was told same day and didn't have to wait for results. Dr comes in tells me the news and says on my way out to schedule a Biopsy. this was Thursday 12-4. I go back out and was told sorry the person that schedules the biopsy is out and someone will call me. I said can I speak to someone else. She said my boss can schedule, I said ok can I talk to your Boss? She responds NO her door is closed. So I leave, call Friday and sent to VM. No call backs. Called again today and VM. I finally got someone on the phone tree that was human and was told let me transfer you. I was on hold for 46 minutes and finally someone answered. Then I find out I was transferred to the Inland Empire. Talk about Anxiety attack. As it is the thought I could have cancer and need a biopsy is bad enough. Getting the run around like this is so ridiculous. I'm so over this place. read more

Blasted with emails and texts about appointment but very difficult to reschedule. When I called, the man on the phone wanted me to repeat information from my entire file ( with lots of pauses and repeating information) prior to just rescheduling, so I asked to cancel. I continued to get texts and phone calls anyway about the appointment I cancelled. If I want a future appointment, I will just walk in. For now, and when I feel emotionally ready from all this, I will return to Rolling Oaks. I don't think Breastlink understands the stress of getting a mammogram. You are literally finding out of you have cancer or not. Please streamline your process. read more

Horrible scheduling process. Front office is not qualified to handle such sensitive type of healthcare. I can't even comment on quality of treatment because they keep rescheduling. Would not recommend. read more

Very disappointed. Extremely large area and very cold atmosphere. Orders were messed up....had to do unnecessary prep and then the day of exam was kept waiting while they "fixed" it. In general the techs were very matter of fact and not very helpful.. It has been over 3 weeks and no results. Actually have not received any results from my annual mammogram either.....end of September. Much preferred the accessibility and atmosphere of previous location in Thousand Oaks. read more

if you like being treated like a herd of cattle then this is your place. also other techs walking in during conference with radiologist. I felt pressured and when I said no to further tests that day everyone just walked away. it was a frustrating experience for me. front desk was nice and they were kind. the rest of the experience was literally like being herded into different rooms read more

I had an unfortunate experience here on 1/29/26. I made an appt for mammogram and ultrasound. When I checked in the clerk said I had a balance on my account. I asked why and she said I have a charge of $180 plus a $40 o-pay. I asked why because I have never in 50 years paid for a mammogram. I said I will wait for my insurance company's EOB before I pay. She kept insisting so I called my insurance company while standing at the check-in table.i have good insurance and was told I don't have to pay anything and I handed the phone to another clerk who joined in . After all that the original clerk said the now I had to reschedule because my appt time was passed. Wow, they were wrong and I'm supposed to reschedule. Of course I would never go back there. When I got home I called for the manager. I believe her name is Eva. She checked my record and could not find anywhere that said I had to pay anything. I told her she should retrain her staff, that clerk didn't know what she was doing. They wasted my time and I can see why people on the Nextdoor app do not want to come here. read more
