A total gem of an artist and a gem of a person.

I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

I had no idea what to do but I knew that I needed everything that was on that computer. Afraid that my hard drive died I called up a friend for help and he recommended Sun Telesolutions because he had used them and was very impressed and I must mention they come out to you. When I called them, I explained what happened and they listened to every word. it was easy to schedule an appointment and what's even better is that when the IT Tech came out to my house, she was able to find the problem, recommend a cheaper solution and she fixed it! This business knows what they are doing and are great at their job. It's nice that I don't have to unplug my computer and take it to a store where it could take days to get it fixed. They come out to you and do whatever they can to solve the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend Sun Telesolutions! There is no doubt if any of my computers fail at my business I will call them again.

A friend referred me to Kural Design after I had lamented to him that I was having trouble finding a firm that was easy to deal with, and could serve as a one-stop-shop for all of my start-up business needs. I'm compelled to write this review because my experience with Kural Design was awesome. They took the time to meet with me on several occasions and were truly engaged in learning my vision, which they ultimately translated to a very sophisticated and user friendly website. On top of that, they produced my business logo and provided all collateral material so I could order stationary and marketing material with just a few clicks of a button. Everything looks very professional and I attribute the business I have acquired over the past few months to this fact. After I launched, realizing how little time I had, I ended up contracting KD to assist me in maintaining my website for a nominal monthly fee. No brainer! I would absolutely recommend Kural Design for anyone who needs print or digital marketing, logo design, or just help with brand alignment. Thanks again KD!
