I had the pleasure of working with a PM and a developer, who both took the time to really understand what I was trying to present with my website, as well as match me as a person, both professionally and personally. Due to the nature of the financial industry, compliance regulations are very important and content takes forever to be approved, including making multiple changes, but they took the time to work directly with both the compliance and IT departments of my broker/dealer! They couldn't have made it any easier!!! Mercova Media also worked directly with my previous web designer and streamlined the transfer process. My business website is absolutely beautiful, professional, well organized, and many of my clients and friends have said, "Fancy!" I would absolutely recommend Mercova Media for website building as well as general advice towards what the population is looking for concerning websites, SEO, content and blogging. They never tried to "up-sell" me to get additional sales/income and in fact told me that I didn't need certain items, to keep my cost down, whereas other companies would happily nod and collect the funds. I couldn't be happier with the results!! Thank you so much Mercova Media!!

Let's just say we got way more than what we could have ever imagined. They helped us through the whole process. They not only built our mobile applications for both iOS and Android, but a comprehensive backend solution to manage it, all within our short deadline. They even help maintain all maintenance and upgrade requests we have. They run all our social media accounts which have grown tremendously, design our print and run our online Ads. Within the first two weeks of launch we had over 3000+ users and we are steadily growing. This couldn't have been a better experience. We feel truly fortunate to have found them.

Problems were evident from day 1 when trying to enter clients into the system. Setting up a broad search that would populate 0 listings on Tribus but MLS would have 30+ listings that matched criteria. Then the problem of blasting my clients with sold, canceled or pended inventory...on Tribus, these looked active and available but had been off the market for years. I lost a ton of credibility with my clients there and frustration grew for both me and my clients. After months of help desk tickets and promises of "resolved" issues, I realized I was beta testing a very incomplete system. Save your time, money, reputation and hassle by just looking for another system that will actually HELP your business and not harm it.

I made an arrangement/meeting, went in, discussed getting work printed. Everything sounded fine... just a 2 week wait... no big deal... BUT that never happened. Nor did the owner reply to me until an email and a few texts later - all in all, it was just about a month before I gave up. Why didn't anything get printed and why didn't the owner reply for a long time? I'm wondering the same thing. The owner's only reply (about a month later) said: "Sorry. But for some reason I didn't print the job. I'm sorry, but I'll have it ready for you by Monday." Monday rolls around, heard nothing. Again. AT LEAST TELL ME YOU FORGOT TO PRINT IT. Seriously, I mean, you don't even know why?! Horrible. Just horrible. No thanks.
