Milos has been (and still is) helping my firm with our website and our company catalog, as well as advertising in general. I want to mention a few things I like: 1. MA Team has a few subscription / payment options to fit any firm's budget. Some salesperson called my company in February 2023. The salesperson pitched me on sponsoring a…read moreradio ad for veterans. I told him I was open to the idea but I would first need to research his company and verify the affiliation they had with the local radio station. I called 95.1 (they radio station they claimed to be representing). To little surprise the radio station hadn't heard of them. At that point I knew they were just scammers. The salesperson sent me an email (attached) the same day on 02/28/2023. The email was assuming a sale. Nothing wrong with that so far. On that very same day I replied to his email saying "After speaking with the radio station, while inquiring about your affiliation, I've decided I will NOT be doing any business with your organization". Call me crazy but I don't know any possible way they could consider that as authorization?? On March 23,2023 I received another email from RAI (Attached) where I again told them, "I told your rep we were not accepting your offer". Didn't think anything more of it until two days ago where they sent us a bill for $800 claiming we authorized their services on 02/28/2023. We have since filed a report with the FTC, The Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Chicago Police. From the looks of it, this is a scam these people have been running for a while. Not only are they billing people for something they never had authorization to do, they are also claiming to run ads on radio stations that never aired. For everyone else out there that got ripped off by these people, I would urge you to report it the your attorney general's office, the FTC and the police. They'll keep scamming people until they're locked up. We've got to do our part.

I told the salesperson on the phone that I wouldn't agree to pay for advertising, but he could mail me in the information, and I'd take a look at it. I was trying to be polite. BIG MISTAKE. I received an invoice in the mail today for $490 along with a copy of the broadcast announcement they say will be played throughout the week of March 27. The announcement uses my home address. I will call the billing department Monday. I did not agree to this ad.
