I saw the reviews on this place was excellent and needed to try it on our own to experience what other has to say. Indeed it was amazing the food and service that we received. We love it and waiter and owner was very nice and they chatted with us. I do have to say that when we left I noticed that we were charge for certain things that the waiter didn't inform us of. He gave us many choices but one of the choices was of hollandaise sauce and cheese on our potatoes and didn't inform us that it would be extra and also upgraded our toast to sourdough bread and fail to inform us that is also extra. I felt like he felt he was guilty and offer us coffee for free to go with us on our way back home to NY. A little disappointed with that! I don't wish this happen to anyone else.

Our waiter was doing the best he could under the circumstances. Portions are generous. The bad: Place is currently victim of Quebec's short staff wave the province is having. The manager(s) were not the kindest with their employees. Took a while to get served. Took us even longer to get seated. Expensive when compared to other breakfast restaurants. Experience was okay but there is definitely better out there.
