So my wife and i used to come on the regular, however, anytime we would get here past 11am they would run out of certain food items. For example PAN DE SEDA. We would specially come for the pan de seda but they said they run out early, we asked if there's a way they could make more and they said no. We don't understand how they never make enough to last past 11am. It's very upsetting when you drive all the way here and they don't have certain items available. We finally came today again after not coming for months and again they did not have pan de seda because they ran out. Weve been coming here since January 2018 and things still haven't improved. We've officially have given up coming here. Hopefully they have the item you are looking for here, because apparently they don't make enough Update: they gave me the wrong croqueta. Not sure how that's possible but not complaining one bit. I wanted something savory and something sweet, so I got a ropa vieja empanada and nutella pastry and they were wonderful. Omg !! There is a breadman that is not all the way to HIALEAH! Yay!! Okay so for me this is no ordinary bakery. For starters the style it has is rustic, the seats are pretty comfy. The rest of the layout is pretty normal with the display of the sweets and pastelitos and all theses yummy food . I had the cold brew caramel , which wow!! It was really good I loved it the taste was so delicious it had the very sweet taste of the caramel and the lingering taste of coffee . The whip cream was really whipped lol it taste really yummy . The craving for this place is REAL! In the past few days I've made two trips to this bakery, and I would have gone every day if I could have. It's a (modern) Cuban bakery with delicious treats! What do I mean by modern? Well they have the classic Cuban pastries and treats (cream cheese pastels, guayaba pastels, croquetas, etc) and then some extras that'll surprise you- like pizza pastels, cheeseburger pastels and of course, Nutella pastels. The sandwich selection is a mix of old and new also, so there's definitely something for everyone. They also have plenty of sweets to pick from. Between the two visits, my husband and I tasted a variety of things. We tried the Rakata sandwich (think a croqueta preparada with an added bonus of queso frito and potato sticks), croquetas de maiz (corn croquettes), pizza pastel, empanadas filled with ropa vieja and pan seda (a silky 3 cheese bread roll). The sandwich was big enough to share and I recommend you do because that way you can enjoy an extra treat. It was a great sandwich with fat, ham stuffed croquetas (which were the homemade ones and they were epic!), perfectly crispy and goey cheese, sliced ham, potato sticks and their house sauce. Every bite was yummy and tasty. The corn croquettes were perfect bites of savory and sweet; they were stuffed with cheese and easily became my husbands favorite thing. The pizza pastel was okay. I didn't taste the pizza aspect very much, but the flavors were fine. Happy I got to try it, but I won't order it again. The pan de seda was literally silky (most probably where the name came from) and cheesy and I enjoyed it very much. I'd order it again for sure. Lastly, the empanadas stuffed with ropa vieja were by far my favorite treat! It was that classic crispy friend empanada dough filled with rich, meaty goodness! All the flavors you love in ropa vieja inside an empanada- you must try this! UPDATE (June 10,2017): went in for a quick snack. Grabbed some cream cheese pastels (only $0.85 each) and a papa rellena. If my husband hadn't of eaten them so quick then I would have uploaded some pictures... but let me tell you they were scrumptious! Buttery, flakey dough for the cream cheese pastels and a great ratio of picadillo to potato in the papa rellena. All delicious, all good. That is all :) So all in all, I would totally recommend this bakery to anyone and everyone! Decent prices, friendly and kind staff, and very delicious treats, sweets and sandwiches! It's been a year and a half that Breadman opened up in Hialeah. I was so excited to have a great bakery which offered traditional Cuban Pastries with a modern twist. I'm even happier with this new location since it's much closer to my neighborhood. Not that distance kept me from visiting regularly. Nutella and Cream Cheese Pastelitos, Nutella Cheesecake, Cheesecake topped off with Arroz con Leche just to name a few. Delicious food! The ropa vieja empanadas are stuffed with well seasoned ropa vieja like that of grandma.

Stopped by to try it after a friend recommended the bakery. Plus, pictures on here made the food quite appetizing. I had the guava and carne pastelitos along with the super meng sandwich. Both of which were amazing The pastelitos tasted and looked like they were made in house which is hard to find nowadays in Miami. The super meng was huge, I'm a guy that loves huge portions especially when the food taste as good as this sandwich. When I tasted the sandwich, the first thing that came to mind was that this is a Cuban twist on a Philly cheesesteak, and it was executed perfectly. The staff was friendly, the bakery was clean and well kept and all the food was fresh. My one tiny complaint is that pastries are a tad expensive compared to what other places have them for but, it is understandable since they're made in house (I'm assuming). 10/10 read more
