Bread happens to be one of Filipinos favorite snacks, meals or side-dishes to eat so it was not a surprise on how popular Break Talk became since it launched. What I love about Bread Talk aside from the delicious array of bread and pastries, is how the customers order. I have always been curious on movies about American cafeteria's and so I have been wanting to know how it felt like to walk down a line to get and pick your food. This boutique bakery doesn't have the exact process as no one places your choices on your tray but you do it yourself. I sometimes find it funny when it's crowded and some people "fight" over the last pizza bread or cream cheese tart. It's also fun to see how the bakers make the bread as the wall is glass and you can look into the baking area. If you haven't tried their bread and you happen to pass by, try the pizza baguette, cures of golden flower and a personal favorite of my family, the floss. I'm drooling just thinking about it, haha. read more
