This is my favorite small town cafe'! It has so many delicious offerings. Their soup and sandwich combo's are always so good. It is difficult to choose which one is the best. Their service is always excellent and they are always happy to help you with any of their offerings. Their pastries are always a delight. I love to get the cafe caramel made with their breakfast blend. It has always had a warm and welcoming home town atmosphere. It is situated across from the Herrick Memorial Library. The home of the famous Archibald Willard Painting of The Spirit of '76. I recommend this place to ALL of my family and friends!! It's simply the best hidden gem! read more

While camping at nearby Findley State Park, our group rolled into town on a Monday morning to see if we could find coffee and something to eat. Bread-n-Brew nailed it! We had delicious coffee and choosing what to eat between the amazing looking pastries and made-to-order breakfast sandwiches was tough. Ultimately I went with a breakfast sandwich with sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and it was delicious, though I would like to go back and try the biscuits and gravy and some of the yummy looking pumpkin treats in the bakery case. Cute little spot, the service was great, and we enjoyed our food at a sidewalk table in the heart of Wellington. Below zero hot chocolate Every year I would visit their booth at the fair and would always grab a frozen hot chocolate. They are awesome! This place is very cute, my first time being here and I went here out of convenience but what is in this picture I attached is over $9, and I really thought it was going to be bigger because I don't quite think this is worth over $9, I personally won't be going back here, I waited quite awhile for my order to be taken too, but the girls who were working were sweet, and if you don't mind paying a bit more then this place is honestly very nice and clean. read more

Definitely a cute little spot to visit and have a delicious sandwich or grab a cup of your favorite coffee. The decor is a cute mix of rustic and modern for a homey feel. I had the Bistro sandwich on Focaccia Bread and it was filling and absolutely delicious. The focaccia bread was light, airy, and crisp. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it was overflowing with deliciousness. Only thing he suggested was the chicken pieces get cut smaller. Otherwise it was perfect. I have lived in Wellington most of my life and have never stopped into Bread-N-Brew. My mom wanted to come over for breakfast and suggested that I stop and get some donuts or pastries. They had quite the selection that I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to get. The cinnamon roll and snuggle were delicious. My mom had the turnover and also said it was tasty. Very friendly place was very clean I had a turkey club on a croissant it was so good I would of give it a 5 star but I got a water out of cooler and it was warm the cooler was broken so everything in it was warm the lady could of offer a cup of ice I had to drink warm water On a warm day I also got a lady lock it was so good the barkers they had everything looked so good if I'm in the area again I would stop there read more

We had Christine and Bread & Brew cater our golf outing and it was phenomenal. For a very fair price, her crew created enough turkey, ham and chicken salad sandwiches, pasta salad and cookies to satisfy 50 hungry golfers after a day of drinking. The highlights were the chicken salad (I would opt to go heavier on the chick salad when making a try, but that's my preference- it was amazing), the croissants (next time I will get all crossiants), the homemade pasta salad and the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. I can't forget to mention Christine who was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend this place to cater your group gathering. read more

Decent little spot to grab some food or a nice cup of coffee. Interior could use a facelift but I guess that adds to the small-town charm! The employees I interacted with were super nice and the food was simple but good. I would not hesitate to come back if I'm ever in town again. Just an FYI since I didn't see it mentioned in any of the other reviews, they don't have any gluten-free bread for the sandwiches. Definitely a bummer but there are plenty of great salads to choose from! read more

Tried breakfast here. Very disappointed. Counter order service then delivered to table. Can get one coffee refill at the counter we were told. French toast flat and bread not very flavorful. Breakfast plate bread also nothing special for a place with a good looking bakery case. The chicken salad on a croissant is wonderful, but my personal favorite is the chicken/avacado wrap, SO delicious. You have to get there early-ish to get the best items & the butternut squash soup is a hot item, so take an early lunch. The chicken & dumpling soup is great, too. The coffee & specialty coffee drinks are worth sitting & savoring for at least a half hour, so relax read more

Been here a couple times to meet with friends. KS seems like a typical Oberlinite that will rip on anything that doesn't meet his eclectic beatnik desires. This place really is a nice quiet place to go. Yes, a lot of people come and go, but it's because we have jobs. We can't just sit around in a coffee shop for hours. read more

Cute place... I used to stop here whenever I'd drive through on 58. Across the street from some beautiful architecture (I think it's town hall and a church) with a nice courtyard you can eat in. I was delighted with my first visit to Bread-N-Brew. The person at the register was efficient pleasant and helpful. What can I say about the food it was FRESH. The turkey club sandwich that I had was delicious, lettuce was crisp and green not thick and white. Turkey bacon ham cold and delicious on a croissants and hold the mayonaise. When I was there I saw a wide array of the population - Parents with little children, young couples, octogenarians and teenagers. Everybody likes good food. I will be back for more! read more

About 10 minutes later, our food was delivered. It was hot and looked tasty. My potato pancake was delicious and I dipped it in the yummy sour cream. My cod was delicious! So were the french fries! My wife liked her chicken sandwich and gave me what she couldn't eat. She also gave me some of her hash browns. Her dinner was also very tasty. This is a solid diner and we'll stop in again if we're ever in this area. Very good food, very good service.

It's popular with students, with educators, with local residents, and with whomever has had it recommended to them ... like me. I have had two people tell me about Cafe Ah-Roma and one was a local friend who now prefers coffeehouses in suburbs closer to the lake. Regardless, everyone you ask about it seems to know exactly where Cafe Ah-Roma is. When first told about it, I thought it had something to do with Rome. It then became very obvious it's a play on the word aroma that will additionally have you making an "ah" sound for relief and/or elation. The interior is comfortable like an old shoe and, based on the postings, art work, and vibe, the store has real connectedness to its community. Note that this area leans slightly liberal but not ridiculously so. That means you might even see a Karen or two in here. Also, true to the notion that "culture comes from the top down," the staff that helps you, often students, are very polite and customer-focused when the chain coffeehouses are almost at the point of sliding things at you. These are good values that the owners are passing on to employees and, here, it's about the customers. They want to know that you are happy with your purchase. I want to add that, to go with your coffee or tea, they have cookies, pastries, or could put together something savory for you. In my case, I added a tomato basil bagel with a vegetable spread that they made for me. It's all good. The prices for menu items are also fair. This coffeehouse is in the suburb immediately south of the international airport. Only a few hotels are north of CLE, with most of them being south in Berea or Middleburg Heights. If staying at a nearby hotel, this locale is nearby. Cafe Ah-Roma is for everyone and the broad customer base is really interesting. In more temperate weather, there are exterior chairs and tables under the covered walkway to nearby stores. The interior is fairly spacious and bright. In closing, Ah-Roma deserves high marks for being a good coffeehouse (4 stars) and then some, hence 5 stars.
