Some bites you just get the dough. First time having their steam chicken buns and was surprised to see that it was sliced chicken with veggies and a slice boiled egg. This was not it for me. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. A nice umami flavor. But I was missing the bouncy texture of the meat. And for 4 for 7.00 they were pretty small (compared to the dim sum places). It was something that I've seen at other Filipino establishments. It was really good. It had ube ice cream, another ice cream, and on the bottom I think coconut and some candy or jelly or some sort. But whatever it was, it was so good. The other thing that I got was the Ube brownie. Now this thing was unique in taste and worth coming back for as it's nothing like your average brownie.
