Looked great online, like the fact they are giving a free mask to /medical personnel/first responders for every one purchased. Liked the fact that a designer: 1) had stepped up to the plate to design from scratch a well fitting and high-quality mask; 2) was forward thinking enough to design it with straps that go around the head rather than over the ears (personal choice, more comfortable) 3) chose to make it with high quality yet BREATHABLE material that also had an amazing look and 4) was focused on keeping their people employed and engaged during Rona. Just to note that this mask is one that is worn to reduce risk of Rona and other viruses and is not a respirator/N-95 type mask---it's the cloth mask that you see most people wearing in public. Mask arrived and exceeded expectations. I ordered the all black one and it truly was exactly as I had hoped. Very well made, excellent construction, material was strong yet breathable. Straps were much much stronger and softer than I expected. Also, the adjustments on the straps were excellent and perfect for use as a mask. Very impressed. Wore it for a week and got stopped numerous times by people here in Chicago asking where I got such a great looking and well-fitting mask. People really liked the straps that went over the top of the head and behind the neck----very unique design and the straps were also very unique and adjustable without looking out of place and clunky. Ordered 2 more masks for my own use and again, they arrived and were just as high quality as the 1st one I purchased. One of the 2 had a super unique deep blue design and I got stopped on the street wearing it and asked where I purchased it. I directed them to Ari Jogiel, told them they are made in LA and what a cool company it is. Chicago folks were really impressed with this and some even took pictures of the mask so they can make sure they got the same one. Not a photo type guy but I allowed it in this situation! Really overall excellent experience with this design company. Such a great response to Rona, great mission-focused effort, loved that they are donating a mask to those on the front lines and that they took the time and creative effort to design and manufacture such a practical yet aesthetically pleasing mask. They also do other great design work as well and you should check out their great designs and products on their page, especially if you appreciate forward focused design. Glad I now know about them and their great works of art!

Horrible service...as a graduate of FIT, I was appalled at the service provided by Ari & his so…read morecalled team. To think he said that bucket hats are not in style?! In LA?! Thats where the bucket hat became popular over 50 years ago?! I should have walked out then, but I stayed & even gullibly paid for his dispassionate service. He charged me to do absolutely nothing. The entire interaction starting with his assistant Denyse, was a total waste of my money, time and effort. Do yourself a favor and save your valuable time and your money. Find a real fashion start-up business owner who actually knows something worth while for your business and someone who is at least current on fashion trends, style and fashion in general and also willing to help you get started. I decided to write this review only because I want other people like myself, who are seeking a reputable fashion production company to help them launch or re-launch a fashion brand to know that Ari cares nothing about your purpose, vision or what you are looking to accomplish with your fashion brand. Look elsewhere! There are much better production teams in LA!

Cyrus and his team were extremely kind, respectful and helpful in fixing my favorite jacket and a dress that I needed stitching on. Unfortunately, execution was abysmal. Production details covered during lengthy meetings were ignored/forgotten. Deadlines appear to be voluntary and/or not taken seriously. Agreed upon pricing was continually revised upward to ridiculous levels. Faced with customer delivery, we agreed to the extortion. Goods were received, 80% of units were damaged and 100% of units incomplete. F & N did repair and complete, but refused partial chargeback. Could have received this type of treatment for 1/10th the cost at any sweat shop in LA. We also delivered some finished paper patterns to F & N for digitizing and production. Once digitized, he would not hand over the files without another inflated payment. So we pulled the plug and retrieved the original paper patterns ... but, pieces were missing from each style. Sabotage or incompetence? We'll assume it's the latter. Regardless, results remain the same: paid top dollar for incomplete/damaged goods and have a net gain of MINUS 3 patterns.
