I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

The problem was production time took like a week which was unacceptable. Decided to check yelp and low and behold i stumbled upon TreceCielos. I saw the wonderful designs Jeannette had and they were awesome. Particularly liked the emoji stuff she did. With much excitement I reached out to Jeannette, book marked the yelp page and followed on IG. Told her my idea and request asked if it was doable within a couple of days from my deadline and she said absolutely. She request that i provide a design and she will make suggestions if needed and i also asked her to feel free to tweak if needed since i am a total noob to this, LoL. I ended up going through google and Pinterest to get design ideas and came up with photos in lettering "MOM" it was brilliant. I asked the wife what were her three favorite photo of our baby girl obviously not giving her any context to my request and went to work. I couldn't believe my luck in coming across Janette's company, just 4 minutes from my home! She welcomed us in and showed us many options for the water bottles. We chose these little bear bottles, complete with a strap for carrying. We chose a font and colors of bottles there on the spot and she printed each name on a bottle in the cutest style.
