They said they couldn't take their shoes off or put boots on because it would be slippery which I understand what they could do is bring an indoor set of shoes that they change and put the boots on so they don't dirty our carpets. When I pointed out if they dirty the carpets, they clean the carpet. The technician said he doesn't want that responsibility. Just packed up and left. Talk about being unprofessional!
