We hired Brad to oversee several expensive projects at our home. Every project had problems. Some…read moresmall. Some huge. The floor refinishing was poor. As was the refinishing of garage doors. It took weeks to sand, attempt to match color and still had to come back to repair shotty work. And they made an enormous mess! They banged into my expensive master tub and gouged it. Had to be repaired. Still have grout and permanent stains on master tile. Their painter was slopping wrong kind of paint on walls and without preparation. Had to have our painters finish the job. They ripped out countertops in kitchen and laundry room then we had two week delay coordinating with new installation. I have cabinets that had to be remade twice and are still the wrong color/sheen. They broke pipes during drainage project and destroyed pool equipment and sprinkler system. And barely a week after completed our garage flooded again! We had to rip out sheet rock and insulation again! It has been repaired but again our personal painters will finish the job. The only thing left to do is address the 4th try at kitchen floors but no one will call me back. And they supposedly ordered some cabinets for master closet but who knows if we will ever see them. And I'll learn to live with the rest because they are just too much trouble to deal with! Working with them was a disaster and I would never recommend them to anyone! 1 star is too good a rating for them!

It took them 9 months to a job that should have taken 5 months at the most. Their price was ridiculously high but we agreed to it because the home owners insurance was paying the bill. At the end of the day Twin Construction was paid for thousands of dollars of work they simply never did......When we asked them to discus the fact that our insurance company had compensated them for work that they hadn't done they told us that ....this is how these types of jobs are done. We were expected to just accept the fact that they had been paid for work they didn't have to do. If you want to keep your construction expenses to a fair amount Twin is not the company to consider. I urge you not to make the mistake we did and just take a friends word for their work. Compare their costs to a few competitors and don't allow them to charge you for work and materials they never did.
