When my husband asked for proof of purchase, he went to a local vendor and signed a contract to try to prove that it was ordered. This was two months after it was supposed to be ordered. The day he signed the contract, he asked for more money. He claimed he could get this hot tub for half the price the store was selling it for. We called the store and found out he was lying. Once he realized he couldn't get anything else out of us, he left and blocked our phone number. He even moved out of town. We found out later that he does this to others as well.
