Affordable Landscape was one of the businesses that would come out. As with the other businesses, they recommended a French drain and they gave us a good price on mowing and removing some overgrown brush Other than a small misunderstanding on scheduling, everything went smoothly. Give these guys a call. They care about their customers and do a good job.

During some of the time the work was underway, there was no one at home to unlock the door for him but Courtney had done some stone landscaping for me the week before and I knew he was honest and trustworthy, so I gave him a key! For any future needs, I'll check with Courtney before I look anywhere else.

Asked him to come back weeks later and again, he just never showed up. I asked for my money back and he ignored my message. All of this just to steal $120 bucks? Don't use this shady business and if I could give no stars I would. Just awful. Response to the owner's comment: You're a liar from the pits of hell. And I have the screenshots to prove it. You should be ashamed of yourself. 2nd response: I have a screenshot proving I paid you... nice try though. Now everyone gets to see how much of a liar you are and know not to trust you or your shady business. 3rd response: He now has me blocked so no messages can go through. I will be filing a police report for this theft. Lastly, how do you know I'm a "lady" if you've never heard my voice or spoke with me? My name is unisex. You just told on yourself.

Hopson Handyman Services was there twice when I/we needed him---first, to remodel our home and a…read moresecond time, a week later, for the clean up and rebuild of our home after Hurricane Sally. Hopson came down to Mobile from north of Birmingham, AL (5 hrs to the north). Why Hopson? Hopson has the practical skill to build a house from the ground up. That means he can do carpentry, framing, mason work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, roofing, painting and more. He also builds fences and removes trees. He is licensed for all. Sadly, the local market lacked the skill set to do do framing. Not one could rebuild my door frame which was seriously rotted out. Plus, the tree companies in Mobile are over priced and totally not dependable. I was introduced to Hopson through Home Advisor and Hopson always did what he said and when he said he would. Hopson and his team have a strong work ethic, are very skilled, have an eye for detail, very dependable, produce high quality work, are high in integrity and priced better than anyone in the local market. Hopson carries everything on his truck to build a home from the ground up and accomplishes more than any contractor I have ever observed. The only machine that he had to lease was the bulldozer. Though, in Birmingham, he has his own. I will use Hopson for every job I have in multiple states. He and his team are superior to every craftsman I've seen and value priced. When the hurricane hit, he was the first person I called and he said, "If you need me, we will be there tonight!" Who says and does that in this day and age??? Who??? Hopson Handyman Services out of Carbon Hill, AL does. I highly recommend Hopson. I rate A++!
