Campbell looked and advised replacing instead of patching. I agreed. He was backed up for months. When my turn arrived three months later I was trying a lawsuit out-of-town. If I did not let them go ahead I'd go to the back of the line again. He'd warned me that would be the case. So I crossed my fingers and let them pave too long driveways and large parking pad next to an expensive pool deck. An assistant at my office paid them. On my returned I was shocked. Everything was perfect. No mess and not a blade of grass out of place. I would not have expected this level of care if I'd stayed home to be the straw-boss. Truly exceptional work. They say integrity is judged by what you do when nobody is watching. These guys proved to me that they have integrity.

I felt abandoned and frustrated. But the owner, Simeon Williams, went above and beyond--working tirelessly with me and the insurance company, pushing for what was right, and fighting to get the full roof replacement approved. When the insurance company failed me, Simeon still stood by me. He gave me a huge discount on the total cost, accepted what the insurance company contributed, and then allowed me to pay the balance over time. That level of integrity, compassion, and customer care is rare these days. The work itself was outstanding. The crew replaced my entire roof in just one day--the quality was exceptional, the cleanup was meticulous, and my home looked brand new. Later, they even repaired cracks in my sheetrock and other interior damage from the storm, and that work was also flawless. Cleer Vision didn't just meet my expectations--they far exceeded them. I respect this company deeply and recommend them without hesitation or reservation. If you want honest people, excellent craftsmanship, and a company that truly cares about its customers, look no further than Cleer Vision Roofing & Remodeling. I only discovered this after significant time had passed because another contractor was working on my home. If you have your roof done by this company make sure that you inspect the entire roof.
