We wanted someone to look at our roof after a recent storm, and Ridgeline was recommended. We called and Michael said he could come the next day to take a look. So I changed my schedule so I could work from home, and he called my husband and said he would be here in 20 mins. 1.5 hours later, my husband called to see what was happening (I had to move some calls so I could go out when he got here) and he said he got pulled in another direction. He said he would be out at 2PM. At 1:30 he called and said he drove by our house and he couldn't access because his ladder was too short/his drone was out of batteries. I doubt if he actually came by, because he was in our neighborhood the previous day looking at our neighbors house, so he knew the general height of the houses. Alright, so he said he would come the next day. Neither of us were able to stay home (which we told him) but when we texted at 5PM he said he wasn't able to stop by. Guess they didn't want our business! Oh well!

The representative we communicated with told us times that were not accurate. There were interruptions during the process, and then reasons were given that had nothing to do with us or the integrity of the business. There has even been things after the fact that the representative said he would do that has not been done yet. So I know you may be reading this and think it is a horrible review. It is definitely not, but as a fellow business owner, I know how important communication and integrity is. So beyond that, this is a great company. I think the overall value was good as well.

Called them about wood repair to a dormer on my roof, and he came out. Climbed on my roof, and…read moreproceeded to ignore the dormer and look over the entire roof, telling me that I needed a new roof. The roof looked perfectly fine and he asked what insurance company I had. He then told me that my insurance company was "cheap" and would not pay for a new roof with the shape that it was in. Told me that he would get back to me with a quote for the dormer repair. Never called, so I left a message on his company phone, and he NEVEr retturned my call. Found out later, that he had scuffed up my shingles to make it look like I really needed a new roof. This guy is a con man supreme!
