I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me! He's very knowledgeable and will really educate you on the benefits of a storm shelter. I started off by reaching out to 5 different companies and for some reason after interacting with them, I felt most comfortable forward with Mike's Great American Storm Shelter company. I know they have a few locations, I believe in GA (I live in Suwanee, GA), TX & AL, but man, they are quick and easy to do business with. I'm sure Mike could tell by my tone that the thought of Tornados really stress me out and although, installation was not available until the following week, he pushed me to the front of the line and scheduled for installation the very next day. Installation: Took about an hour. It was installed in my two car garage along the wall. He used his bob cat to place it exactly where I wanted it. After it was installed, he went over all of the features and asked if there was anything else I needed. Storm Shelter - 3 x 5 model with the bullet proof glass. It'll hold my family of four and my four dogs (it'll be a bit snug, but, hey we'll be safe).The door is easy to close and lock. I made both of my kids (9 and 5 years old) try it and they quickly got the gist of it. I feel that it's well built and will last a very long time. Final words: I am very happy about this purchase. It gives me the piece of mind that I very much needed and feel 100% safe in my household. Mike is the man to go to!! He's great and I cannot thank him enough for his service.

Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed.
