Called several times to schedule an appointment and Miranda apologized for the delay. Finally came out the day after Memorial Day at 4pm after I waited all day. showed up in an old white truck with no markings on it and looked nothing like the new lettered truck that they show on their website. He had only one regular sized ladder that I saw but the website shows several long ladders on the top of the truck. He just looked at the gutters and said he doesn't clean them because they have leaf covers on them. They have been cleaned before so I know it can be done and I was to pay $40 extra for them so they knew I had them ahead of time. Very disappointed and do not recommend them. Mark and his son just cleaned my gutters. I found them very polite and professional. Before Clean Gutters came today my yard man had just gotten up all my leaves. I had tons of leaves in the gutters, too. Of course ,all the leaves from the gutter fell to the ground. Clean Gutters, Mark and his son, went the extra mile, and blow all the leaves from the front yard and the back yard into the natural area in the back. What company is willing to go that far? These guys are the best! They are quick to respond, come when they say they will, do a fine job cleaning the gutters, and clean up around the house after they're done.
