At times, they were literally running in and out of the house and in and out of the truck. It made me nervous to see them rushing down the stairs carrying an heirloom furniture piece by themselves. While I do appreciate their efficiency since they're paid by the hour, I wish they would have slowed down a bit to ensure every step was done to fidelity. We had a piece of furniture broken in the move because the movers stacked too many heavy boxes on top of it. And then they told us there would be a fee for them to haul off the furniture that they broke... Overall I am still pleased with the experience but wish they would have slowed down and been more careful. Hopefully it will be a long time before we need movers again, but we will definitely call Crocker whenever it is!
