I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me! They were hired to help me get my house ready to sell and now have done over $10k in damages after stealing my house key and fleecing me of $3700. William is a known thief who is taking advantage of single women.

The lines are not cut in cleanly at all and they left paint everywhere (for example dripping down my sink fictures, my bathroom mirror, my leather recliner, my treadmill, new shower door, etc). They removed the popcorn ceiling and though they used plastic, somehow wet debri ended up on my bedding. They installed new hardware on all my cabinets but I had to get them to redo most all of the handles because they were not installed plum and level with the cabinet doors. And I had 3 cabinet door hidnges strip right out of the cabinet. Thankfully my husband had some calk and screws so I was able to fix them. They cleaned their rollers and brushes in my yard which ruined my grass and they left painting equipment IN my bushes. They also did not double coat my trim in several areas nor did they prep the stained trim that was painted. The calking has all dried and shriveled leaving large cracks between my cabinetry and the ceiling in several rooms. This work was done a couple months ago and there is paint chipping everywhere. I also just found out the reason my master bedroom was not warming up on cold nights. When they moved the vent cover to paint the baseboard and tried to put it back they shoved my vent out of the floor casing causing all my heat to escape into my basement. This increased my power bill by 28%!!! This was the final straw to my desicion to do a review. Is the popcorn ceiling gone, yes. Are the rooms painted, yes. Is it a great job? Absolutely not. I am very disappointed at the price I paid for the quality I received. And this was all after my punch list was completed. Again, the owner is an amazingly hard worker but the crew that did my work was aweful.

He brought a great team and they worked for almost 2 day's to complete this job. They thoroughly wrapped everything with plastic and carefully removed the tile and ground the thinset away. A very dirty job and very dusty. They broke three wall tiles and replaced them. They kept me posted on every step and ensured we were set up to spend the night (toilet temporarily set) while we wait for the tiler. Great contractor.

Horrible experience with a Byrom Constructed House…read more This builder built my house. Within a short time of moving in, the BRAND NEW house started leaking/POURING water. The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.

Trying to go down to the basement to do laundry was perilous, stairs were very shallow and you had to go sideways. It was very moldy smelling and was not in good condition - including termite damage, stained ceiling, floor damage. Roger and his team came in to assess, gave us an estimate, and started work soon thereafter. It was quite a project and Roger kept us updated the whole time on what was happening (this was a gift we were doing for our kids). They did a great job; and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We wish all contractors were as good at communication as Roger. Many thanks to all of you who worked on that job!!
