When ordering online neither the restaurant nor their ordering app, toast, will be responsible or refund you for orders unable to be delivered. I made an order and on arrival was told the kitchen was closed and to contact toast. Toast states they are unable to refund my money it is the restaurants responsibility and restaurant also refuses to refund or fill the order at another time when kitchen is open. I enjoyed the patio today with some friends . Service was lacking. It seem like we just got stuck in limbo however great drink specials.... $3 sangria which were amazing !! Also, 1/2 appetizers M-F from 4pm-6pm. Wings are decent , nothing special . The spinach artichoke dip was not my favorite. It was literally just clumps of cream cheese , barely melted .... I won't order that again. I thought the buffalo shrimp were good . Overall, a solid choice for happy hour. Check out the daily specials as well. read more

Brazwell's is our go-to spot for sports and brunch. They have the best Bloody Mary bar in the city and they're inexpensive! You can't beat that combination. As far as food goes, they are far above any food you would normally find at sports bar. Their food is delicious! My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Yum! Just had my birthday dinner here and everything was amazing. Ren our server seriously is the most incredible human being out there. She went to her car to get me a candle for my birthday cake and found a lighter. Offered to take pictures and called me by name the whole time. I felt very loved. Just moved to the neighborhood a month ago and I have been loving this place! AMAZING outside seating. They have fans, trees and tons of tvs. Every time I've come here the waitresses are working so hard running around to each table. Surprisingly really great cocktails!!! They're very reasonably priced and they have quite the variety. They also have SO MANY drink specials everyday of the week. I have also really enjoyed the food! I've gotten the California chicken sandwich twice and it has not disappointed! Very large and a soft brioche bun. I also have to shoutout our waitress who we've had a few times Ryn! She's SO friendly and makes it a point to take care of her tables with a smile and works very hard every time I've seen her. She has amazing energy and conversation! I'm between a 3 and 4 here. The drinks are a-okay, it's bar food in a bit of a dive, but the fries are like...really really good. Like they cared about the fries. Wish that it was more of a bar scene outdoors, we ended up sitting on the cute little patio which felt so nice, but like we just had drinks and some fries and felt like bad because we weren't really eating, we just wanted a bit of a bar scene. I have to say I have been struggling with this review. Although I have been in the past I am writing this review based on my two most recent visits. I stopped in prior to dinner at Good Food, service was fine, drinks were okay but the place was overall dirty, in my mind. A few weeks later I stopped in for lunch with a friend, service was horrible, food was okay and the drinks were fine. Located on the busy Montford Rd Bar stretch, parking here can be a doozy. If at all possible, Uber or Lyft here. They have Indoor seating and a great deck for outdoor seating with sunny and shady spots, lots of tvs and a plethora of adult beverages, so the perfect spot to watch games on tv. Very casual atmosphere. Food is good and they have lunch specials. Visited on a Friday around lunch time and ordered the fish and chips that was the daily special. Oh my heavens - the fish was lightly battered but absolutely so fresh and delicious, who would've thought!!?! The fish was served with fries that were seasoned - very worth the $10. On this day, I also tried their Sundrop Slushie! Careful, goes down easy but packs a mean yet sweet punch! On Saturdays and Sundays, they have $4 Bloody Mary Bar which is phenomenal. They have so many BM mixes, lots of toppings for your MB and the largest olives known to human kind. You wont go wrong by stopping in and having one or three. If MB aren't your thing, try their $2 Mimosas on Saturdays. You'll thank me later! read more

I've been there a few times in the last month. Great place with a wonderful vide. The bartender Chloe is super nice, knowledgeable, and pretty darn funny too. I prefer to sit at the bar over a table because you get to interact with the bartender and staff more. Chloe was very attentive, had a positive attitude, and made us feel right at home. read more

So the wait staff is full of nacho ninja's (i.e. we had a few lone chips sitting on the once bountiful nacho plate and they kept trying to take our plate away even though we were still working on them). A bit of a turn off if you ask me. Another turn off is when I am thirsty and can't get a drink in a timely manner and when our server takes our cards to pay the tab and doesn't come back for a good 15 minutes letting us think that she skated off to South Park mall to go on a shopping spree. Nice patio though, it was bumping for a random 70 degree weekend day in Charlotte but the crowd sure enough changed to the trite early 20's crowd with too many popped pastel colored collars for my liking. Food was decent--as stated before we started off with the nachos which were surprisingly delicious and I had the buffalo shrimp appetizer. They had wallet friendly drink specials, lots of room in the back and a great selection of food but I think if I were to come back, it would be for the day drinking aspect alone. read more

Came on a Sunday for brunch. I ordered their double mimosa ($4) and chicken fingers with French fries. Our waitress was very nice and quick to respond. Mimosas have a very good proportion of champagne to orange juice. Chicken fingers would good but I'd recommend subbing out the fries. They were cold and soggy. read more

This bar/restaurant is located on popular Montford Drive so be aware that it can be crowded and parking can be difficult. It's not far if you have to park across the street but some people have a problem with that so be aware. I've been here a few times and sat inside and outside. When the weather is nice, the back patio is the way to go. The service has been hit or miss for me. The food is really nothing special but it's not bad. They have daily drink specials and a Bloody Mary bar on the weekends where you build your own drink. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful even though our waitress did disappear for a long time this past weekend. I've tried something different every time I've been here and nothing has really been that wonderful. We had the chicken pita with pub chips and the salmon BLT with pub chips. Chicken pita was dry and the chicken seemed chewy/over cooked. The pub chips with some ranch dressing were delicious. Be advised that they charge you for a side of ranch dressing. I'm never a fan of places that do that. It should at least be disclosed to you. The salmon BLT came out with out the bacon but they quickly corrected it when it was brought to their attention. I would say it's a decent place but it's not special. I will continue to come here to try food and to enjoy the beautiful patio. They have large TVs on the patio so it would be a great place to catch a game. read more

Food has gotten worse over the months. The sangria used to be amazing, but now tastes like koolaid. The fries taste like they're made in old oil and are so soggy. Don't even get me started on the service. I've always had a horrible experience when sitting outside - it takes so long for the server to get to you and rarely comes back to check on us. Used to spend a good amount of time here when I lived near Montford Drive. Was happy to return the other night with a friend for some drinks. It is a solid sports bar with a spacious patio and while it looks small from the front the bar goes back and opens up a lot. Even when it is cold out they can fire up the heat lamps and they also have a covered awning area with a separate bar. The crowd here late at night tends to be a mix of old school Charlotte locals and college kids. It is definitely popular with Charlotte natives because I came here once the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and there was a line way out the door! Their food has been hit or miss for me so I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but decided to go with the later if not simply for the nostalgia of this being one of my first regular bars in Charlotte. Great game day destination for really any sporting event and they seem to be the hot spot to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes. On Sundays they offer a Bloody Mary bar and mimosas on special so football season in particular is a good time to go! read more

While the drinks were fine, my party was treated like second-class citizens at this establishment. My sister and my girlfriend are both pregnant, so they did not drink alcohol. They ordered alternative drinks (that cost money) so that they could still support the business without drinking alcohol, and were completely disrespected by our server. The vibe of the place was fine enough, but if you are not ordering big ticket items, do not expect good service from the servers. read more

The atmosphere is really why I come here especially for football. Otherwise, the service is really slow especially if you sit out on the back deck. No hosts seat you so when you seat yourself no one is alerted that you sat, we have waited awhile for a server to come even take our drink order. Pretty much every time we go here we have to wait so long for a sever to acknowledge us.
