Brazucao Lanches is a casual Brazilian restaurant, which opened in December 2019 in the former BJ Grill. They offer takeout and indoor dining in service with booths (every other booth open) and table seating spaced out. They offer a variety of Brazilian style burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, fried foods, Brazilian salty and sweet pastries, and desserts. The prices here are pretty reasonable. I stopped in here for takeout recently. I ordered a Full Burger ($5.99) and a Heart of Palm Brazilian Salty Pastry ($5.99), which was ready to go in about 10 minutes after I placed my order. The Full Burger was huge (5" diameter) and thick, which was layered with mayo, lettuce, tomato, corn, potato sticks, mashed potatoes, grilled burger patty, and grilled ham slice on a soft thick sweet bun. The Brazilian Salty Pastry was a long deep fried crispy pastry pocket filled with pieces of heart of palm (tastes like artichoke hearts). Overall, the food I ordered was very good and the service was very prompt. I would definitely order from here again and try one of their sweet pastries on a future visit.

Very good food, but so expensive. The service was great, and the food only took about 10 mins to come out. It is a very homey atmosphere and it showed in the food.

First of all, let me just say that I LOVE Brazilian food. I grew up in an area that had a large Brazilian community, and good Brazilian cuisine was easy to find. Since moving out to central mass, i have not been able to find quality Brazilian food. Stopped into this GEM of a restaurant today for takeout. The menu online can be off putting, as it only shows it as mostly a burger place. BUT IT IS SO MUCH MORE. I ordered the chopped picanha and onions. It's chopped sirloin (which you can have not chopped) and it's served the traditional way, with rice and beans. It was AMAZING, the seasoning on the steak was garlicy goodness. My son had the full hamburger. WARNING, this sandwich is SO BIG it could feed two kids! It comes with the corn and peas ON the burger. (Trust me you will love it) We ordered bacon and cheese fries, and a pastéis with meat. It's called salty pastry... but it's equivalent to a Spanish empanada. (BUT BETTER!) Give this place a try, you will LOVE IT!

First time. Clean, bright, plenty of parking. Ordered the steak with rice, beans, French fries, salad. My son had the Conqueror 2 (chicken, Brazilian cream cheese, corn, heart of palm). The guy at the register could not have been friendlier and helpful. Brazilian food is a bit on the plain side, however I enjoyed my steak meal. The Conqueror 2 was huge, but not flavorful, as is the case with Brazilian cuisine. This place was a good find, and recommend it.

If you've driven by this place and thought about stopping in for a bite to eat then DO IT! Seriously the best empanadas out there and look at the size. I will be going here again. Super friendly staff and delicious food.

The delicious, from-scratch Brazilian food is of the kind you will find at popular "by-the-kilo" restaurants in Brazil. (Take this from someone who has been to Brazil many times.) The food is served buffet style. You fill your plate from a wide selection of such Brazilian delectables as feijoada (pork black bean stew), moqueca de peixe (fish stew), various Brazilian salads, and more. All the food here is clearly cooked with attention and love. There is also a selection of succulent barbecue meats available that can be added to your plate. Your plate is weighted, and you pay "by-the-kilo". Also available are various juices and many yummy desserts like flan. I made myself a hefty plate with added meats and was charged $20, which I thought was very reasonable given the amount I took. (As you can see from the photo, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, but my stomach is catching up after a few visits here...) This is a casual, family-run business led by the "simpatico" Felipe, who is happy to explain the food and show you the various meats available slow roasting in the kitchen. And shoutout to the friendly and efficient hostess Elena who makes everyone feel very comfortable.  If you are interested in having authentic Brazilian food and atmosphere without the inconvenience of traveling thousands of miles to do so, then be sure to checkout Delícias da Nossa Terra in Clinton. You will be glad you did.

You walk in and are greeted with only a table number and a point into the other room. Which is fine except once you get there you have no idea what to do next. The plates are around a corner along with the silverware and napkins. So you have to first find them. After that you go get the buffet food and then find the place with the meat. Finally when you stand there looking like you are lost with a plate of food they will call you to a register to pay $12.99 a lb or all you can eat for $26.99. We chose all you can eat because we love Brazilian and knew we would be back for some more of that delicious meat. It was ok at best. The bacon chicken and garlic steak were the standouts. Everything else was under seasoned or very dry. My husband kept saying how little effort they put in to everything. No salt and pepper on tables. No napkins nearby. No one comes and takes plates or checks on you. You are just left to figure it out yourself. There are plenty of better places that I would choose over this one.

Damn ... this place got expensive! I went here several years ago and decided that I wanted to try…read moreit again. The prices had tripled. I am not blaming the restaurant because the world post-covid has gone absolutely insane from an inflation standpoint. With beef as their 'go to' and chicken no longer being a 'loss leader's (now costing what steak did two years ago, it's not the restaurant's fault. However, I nearly fell out of my chair when I learned the All You Can eat lunch price was nearly $50! For this type of 'cafeteria', a total shocker. The other (better) option is the pay per pound. $17 for salad bar and meat and $20 for just meat. I did the salad bar ... you'd be surprised how much two plantains and a slice of tomato weigh! Salad bar: The rice was very good. The plantains were perfect. The French fries were surprisingly good. They had all kinds of fresh vegetables, mayonaise-covered salads and a huge variety of items. I suppose it would be worth it to get this alone ... however this is where the heavy items that add weight to the price are. Meat station: The guy serving was nice enough but spoke maybe two words of English. I speak English, Spanish and French but no Portuguese ... so we had a difficult time when it came to relating how big a slice I wanted, or how many pieces. My guess is that he is hired more for his expertise running the grill than for serving. And he did a great job as the meat was cooked perfectly. Bacon wrapped chicken ... The only disappointment of the meal. The chicken (and bacon) was dry. It really didn't taste like bacon and the only reason I finished my piece was because I had paid for it. Flank steak ... So good! The outside had a nice char with a salty, almost crunchy texture while the inside was juicy and flavorful. This was my favourite item and I actually went back to get a second plate, despite how filling it is. Garlic steak ... Incredibly salty. A little goes a long way. I didn't get any garlic taste ... it was mostly just salt. I liked it but would choose the flank steak (which is also salty) over this as the marinade made it a little drier. Pork sausage ... Very nice. I didn't notice a huge difference between the spicy and non-spicy but it was cooked really well and it was flavorful. Pineapple ... Okay, this is a must get! This was oddly my favorite part of the meal. I have never had pineapple this good. It is done on the grill with the entire pineapple and they slice pieces off. It is covered in a brown butter sauce that is so flavourful, it is certainly one of the best pineapple dishes I've ever eaten. Because there was a line and the pieces of paper with the meat choices are mostly in Portuguese, I didn't get to try all I'd have liked to ask ordering felt rushed with the line waiting behind me. The all-you-can eat will likely give you the opportunity to try a little of everything. Overall, the better value seems doing the pay by weight and going back for seconds if you are hungry. My first plate was some salad bar stuff (tomato slice, cucumber, plantains, yellow rice and a few french fries) plus a strip of flank steak, bacon wrapped chicken and a pork sausage. That was $17 and I could have stopped there. My second plate was two strips of flank steak, a strip of garlic steak, a piece of pineapple and two plantains from the salad bar. This one was $12. My total with a $2.25 lemon aid (terrible and flavorless from a jug) and a tip was around $35. Expensive for lunch ... but I probably didn't need as much steak on round 2 as I left feeling stuffed. Everything was tasty and while the atmosphere feels more like a cafeteria in a Caribbean country ... and the seating arrangement makes you snake through tables to get to the salad bar or meat station, everything seemed spotlessly clean. I will certainly return again, despite a fairly high lunch price. If there is one tip I can give you ... don't skip the pineapple from the meat station.

My fourth Dine Out Boston 2026 Winter visit: Alma Gaucha, the Brazilian rodizio, with colleagues…read more The meat was delicious, the salad station was plentiful, and we ate until we were stuffed... Meat Serving: My favorites were all kinds of beef! The Premium of Top Sirloin and Top Sirloin with Garlic were extremely juicy and tender, as you can see. I recommended medium rare, and don't cook it more than medium. Tri-Tip Steak and Tri-Tip Steak with Cheese were relatively coarse, but had a layer of fat that made them more flavorful. I recommended medium; medium-well would be too dry. Lamb Steak was juicy and flavorful, with no gamey taste, so eat with confidence. Chicken Wrapped with Bacon and Chicken Legs were garlic-flavored, but the meat was a bit tough. Cheese with Honey was a calorie bomb but really delicious; the cheese had a slightly gamey taste, and the more honey, the better. Most importantly, the grilled meats here are just the right amount of salty; only the Chicken Heart and Pork Sausage were very salty. There were various sauces to choose from, but I personally recommend the oily and slightly sour Chimichurri, or simply salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Salad Station: Foods were plentiful and all very fresh and of good quality. My favorite was the Apple Salad, which was like the old-fashioned "fruit and salad dressing" version from my childhood--it was nostalgic and had a wonderfully refreshing sweet and sour taste. The Smoked Trout was tender and had a wonderfully flavorful fat, but considering it from freshwater , I only had a small taste. The Clam Chowder had a rich creaminess that perfectly complemented the umami of the clams. The Bruschetta, with its creamy sweetness from roasted garlic paired with the crispy bread, was a delightful little treat. Side Dishes: My personal favorite was the Mashed Potatoes, fried potato balls with a crispy, airy exterior and a creamy filling. The Yucca Croquette was like a tapioca version of Pão de Queijo, with the same crispy crust and mochi-like texture, but a milder cheese flavor. The Caramelized Bananas were too soft and mushy; cooked bananas always have a rotten taste. The Crispy Polenta was very hard, mainly cornstarch, and had little flavor. Desserts: The waiter's recommendation, the Red Velvet Cake, was definitely on point. It was less sweet and had a gentler sweetness, more suitable for Chinese tastes. If you like it sweeter, get more of the part with white chocolate sauce. The Mango Cake had a very smooth mousse and a rich mango flavor. The Keylime Pie was too sweet and sour, too strong a flavor.

Let me start off by saying that this was my favorite Brazilian Rodizio that I've been to many times…read moresince they've been open. It has been consistent for the most part in terms of their food selection, but this time they did not offer Fraldinha or Alcatra anymore on their Dine Out Boston menu. Their cold/hot food bar is better than Fogo's selection by far. It seemed there were more limited meats that came by especially since we were seated close to the entrance of the restaurant despite my card being green the whole time. I would expect everything on the limited menu to show up at least once and the wait time for specific cuts of meat took way too long even with requesting a cut from the staff. Somehow the cheese with honey never shows up either. I went during weekday lunch and the restaurant was semi-busy in the front half of the place up until the end of my visit in which there were only a few tables left and I still didn't get any additional Picanha. They came around with the cheaper alternatives more often. The meats I was served were seasoned well, but the variation in temperature for cuts I got were somewhat off putting despite requesting medium rare each time. There were some perfect temps to start off, but half the time they cut me thin slices of well done meat. That was my table's experience this time around unfortunately. I'd come back again since I've had many better experiences here over the years and I hope this was a fluke and not the fact that it has gone downhill.
