Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else.

Over the phone, I had agreed on a price that included stove cleaning and indoor window cleaning. The cleaners said they could not provide stove cleaning although they did wipe it out. They did not clean most of the windows. Additionally, one of the cleaners was on the phone constantly and clearly was distracted. The other cleaner tried to make up for it, but at the end of the day, many baseboards were still dusty, there were cobwebs in corners and most of my windows still had grime. I emailed the owner with my concerns and received no response. I paid $360 for a very mediocre cleaning. Very disappointing.

They cleaned at 2 locations: 3 couches, 2 carpets, and 1 rug. They were able to fix a couch that the prior cleaning service had poorly cleaned, leaving stains and streaks: they took extra time to get it right and when they were done, the couch looked brand-new. An added bonus is that they use natural/bio-friendly products like Simple Green that are really effective and leave a pleasant, clean scent. I highly recommend them! A+++
