Sink in MBR bath almost fell off, kitchen faucet leaks, dishwasher leaks, water leaks under rear door in a rainstorm, heat pump cannot keep the house warm on cold days, peeling paint from the tiles in the main bath, missing towel bar, missing filter in range hood, many doors do not open and close properly, lazy Susan does not operate smoothly. Damaged or missing locks on windows. Damaged or missing window screens. We have been here over a month and still waiting for some maintenance items to be taken care of. Property manager has been difficult to deal with. We call him and he says Yes but does nothing. Takes repeated calls to get something done.
