My husband and I have been eating at Bravos for over 10 years. Every time we go the staff treat us like family, and even say to us "see you tomorrow" as we leave, since we love to frequent for our lunch dates. The restaurant is clean, and there's never a wait. There were 6 of us who came to have dinner here and we were all pleased and enjoyed our time here. Our waiter was very kind and a lot of fun. We enjoyed him and he very nicely answered questions and was very helpful. I had fajitas with chicken and shrimp. Very nicely cooked with lots of veggies, three tortillas, rice, beans a a tiny salad. That would be my only suggestion....the salad part was very small. They had a large table so we could all sit together which was nice. There were no dirty tables and everything was clean. It is very nicely decorated, a Latin style without being "tacky ". The menu is large, the salsa and chips are good and great service. Everyone wants to return. read more

On a visit for lunch yesterday I had the chicken enchiladas with rice. The lunch portion is two enchiladas and with a massive about of rice it was much more than I could eat. I brought half of both home for dinner. The salsa is so good too! Just spicy enough for me that it didn't make me wince too much. Served with the warm tortilla chips and it's the perfect appetizer. I even brought some home with the rest of my take out and a container is salsa. The staff is friendly and always available to get drink refills or whatever is needed. If they were closer to my home I'd definitely visit more often. read more

Stopped in on a Sunday evening. The place was not very busy. We were seated immediately. Big menu, prices seemed reasonable. Salsa and chips were brought promptly. Salsa was very fresh tasting, mild spice level. Husband and I both felt like nachos and both ordered full size chicken nachos. We were both disappointed. Nachos only had chicken and queso and the queso was extremely watery. Chips were a little chewy. We were both very glad we ordered the full size because it wasn't that huge compared to nachos at a lot of places. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing but we were not impressed. Great place! Food was excellent, service was spot on and prices are reasonable. They have take out and are following COVID regulations. I had burritos with pork with a quest sauce! Delicious. Good Tex-Mex food in Cary! Yay! I've been searching and searching and found this place with my husband thanks to Yelp! The service is phenomenal, I mean the teamwork here is on point. You sit down, the waters come immediately, the chips and salsa come within minutes and the server is ready whenever you're ready to place your order. We've been here about 3 times already and doesn't matter if it's a weekend, dinner or lunch, the service is excellent! Plus, their lunch specials are great! You get a lot of food for a decent price. I love their beef fajitas for 2. Lots of meat and tons of leftovers for lunch the next day. Oh and don't forget to get yourself a Michelada. It's like a Bloody Mary but instead of vodka it's made with Mexican beer like Modelo or my fave, Dos Equis. It's super refreshing and they actually make it right at Bravo's. Wow! Prepare for extra large servings. Think of it's two for one. We had a large group of ten. There really wasn't a good table for all of us, putting a table at the end of the booth put some of us right in the kitchen traffic lane, so we took 2 neighboring booths and it was fine. Lots of food choice,even for the one who doesn't care for Mexican food and those of us trying to eat healthy. Margaritas were on special, but there was nothing special about them. Too much sour mix, not enough tequila. I wouldn't recommend going for the margaritas. Our food arrived in a staggered fashion, which wasn't a big deal, some started while others finished off the complimentary chips, salsa and white ?mayo? Dip. I came in at 11:56 AM and was seated. The waiter came to get my drink order. After that I looked at the menu waitting for his return. As I waited my server was at the front of the restaurant talking with the other wait staff at the register. There attention fixated on a pair of sunglasses. As you can see from the picture the restaurant was not busy at the time. My server came back over to my table at 12:09 PM as he noticed me taking a picture of all them. He attentiveness increased but slitghtly. I received my food at 12:21. The food was alright. I ordered at Texas quesadilla it was ok. No complaints about taste, presentation, or cleanliness. I ordered the Fajita Nachos and also a Shredded Chicken Quesadilla for my son. I love nachos. It is literally the only thing I get anywhere I go. These are not good nachos. Not enough queso, and it really didn't have any flavor to it. Maybe it was a off day for them. But it was one of the only times I have not finished a plate of nachos. Lol The Quesadilla though was great! The chicken had a ton of flavor and my son ate the whole thing which isn't bad for a 2 year old! Maybe I should have gotten shredded chicken nachos. Anyways. Amazing queso! We have ordered from this restaurant numerous times and each time we make sure to get chips and queso. We do not dine in but order take out. The order is ready on time and tastes great. My only recommendation is to not put two orders of chips in one bag because then many of them get crushed. Instead it would be better to put the two orders in separate bags. When I request this they do package the orders separately. read more

Their prices for whisky and tequilas (just above house brands) is very high 2 tequila shots of no name will be 18 bucks before a tip. I eat here at least once every couple of weeks and think their food is head and shoulders above the rest in the area. They are very quick, and you can get in and out within 30 minutes if you are in a hurry and know what you want to order. The lunch specials are always great and a healthy portion even if you are quite hungry. No complaints from here even after 50+ visits over the past few years. They have 4-5 outside tables, which are nice in good weather and unlike some restaurants, this doesn't slow down the service.
