the entrance of the store at night

I love the produce selection and the fresh food at the kitchen counter area! It is also comforting how clean, well stocked, and organized it is; definitely contributing to a great shopping experience. I will say, however Bravo feels similar to Aldi in the sense that the non-name brand items are affordable and appropriately priced, but the mainstream popular name brands such as Breyer's Ice Cream are overpriced.

Waiting for more than 25 minutes...usually was a busy day it's suppose to have more staff.

I don't like to do that...but it's the only way that the owners take ACTION. NO staff members available on Sunday AM. Im in line for 20 minutes waiting... I decide to leave. It's ridiculous!!!

Bravo, bravo, bravo, to Bravo to the newly opened grocery store in Lake Nona. First impression when I walked in was how spacious, bright, and clean everything was. Everything looked so perfectly displayed. It looked like that beautiful dessert that is too pretty to eat. Seriously! The staging of products, that looked untouched, was a lot to take in. I did not want to remove anything that might mess up the perfect display. The produce looked fresh, and they had a large selection of international foods, with many organic foods. If you like rabbit; they have that too in the frozen meat section. There was a small wine nook in the corner by the bakery. They have a deli, hot food and a fresh seafood counter. Prices were clearly marked, especially the sale items that really stood out, and prices themselves were decent. Their spice selection was a bit limited. We went there for Masala seasoning, which they didn't have but it did give us an opportunity to expose ourselves to this beautiful store, which I will definitely be back to shop in.

Lovely presentation of sushi rolls.

3.5 Stars. We live out of state now but lived in Florida for a long time. We heard this Bravo in Lake Nona had opened with a Latin Fusion sushi bar inside, so we checked it out. My review is mainly for the Escobar Kitchen although I did see some of the store as well. Place is clean, organized and inviting with friendly staff. There wasn't much of a line but they seem to get a lot of orders, maybe through phone for "pick up"? I ordered the Escobar roll which is described to have everything that "Escobar" loved, so had to try this one. My husband ordered one that was wrapped with sweet plantains and I don't remember the name. Overall I was impressed with the presentation. It did take a bit longer then expected for the order but when it arrived, they won me over with the esthetic look of the plate. It tasted good, however, the roll wasn't even warm on the inside and that threw me off. I expected it to be on the warmer side, since it has pork and fried shrimp on the inside. It was "cool" and there was no dipping sauce like soy or something else to help it "go down". My husband liked his roll but it was the same thing, kinda cool and too much sweet plantains. I think the sweet plantains over power the rest of the flavors. The pork rind on the top was the best part for me. Overall, it was a nice experience and would recommend. We would have to try again next time we are in FL.

On a visit to Escobar Kitchen, which is inside of this Bravo, I was pleasantly surprised because other Bravo locations are dingy. This Bravo is big, bright and clean. This Bravo is bright & new, located in the promptly becoming over populated area of Lake Nona. There is a huge parking lot, Bravo is the anchor, as there other businesses. This Bravo has a big produce section with sought after products, yucca, platanos, yautia, malanga, guineos verde, mango, and many other wonderful produce. There is a small seafood section with a variety of shrimp and fish. Frozen section with lots of products that we love, frozen, ready to prepare at home, pastelitos, empanadas, pulps for juices and shakes. The dairy section has great section of cheeses from our different countries. This Bravo location has two hot food options, a fusion Asian/Latin fusion sushi spot and a hot plates of rice and beans, meats. We will check for this spots specials and may go out of our way for more economical platanos, rice and cheese and make a morning of it.

Escobar and Paisa rolls.

This particular location, the Publix near Lake Eola, is not a location I shop FREQUENTLY, but it is one that I pass through more than some other locations. It is centrally located, making it fairly easy to get to. It has FREE parking underground - which is a perk in that area because street parking, pending the day and time, can get a bit tricky to find. The staff is usually always kind. Since it is near Lake Eola, this location does get a lot of foot traffic, so at times, it can get congested. It is a bit smaller than some other locations, but again, you can get a good amount of what you need here. Outside of that, it's your standard grocery store.

We went on a Sunday and the parking lot was packed so we had to circle to find a spot. Luckily, there seem to always be people coming AND going so it only took a few minutes. Freshfields Farm is split up into 3 distinct areas - the fresh meat store, the fresh produce store, and the ice cream (and hot dog) window. We decided to head to the meat entrance first. The area is not that big but it is just lots of selections of fresh meat, cheese and butter. The meats seemed to be pretty good prices, slightly below Publix where I normally shop. There was ground beef, turkey, steak, chicken and seafood. Plus some huge cuts of meat like picanha and ribs. If you are going to have a BBQ, this is the place to go. Also, workers were constantly bringing out new packages and some people were waiting for them. I picked up 2 pounds of ground beef and some boneless, skinless chicken breasts. The cashiers were nice and super quick. Then we headed outside and then next door to the produce section. Basically the same as the meat department but filled with produce. There were bins of fresh strawberries when we walked in as well as avocados, a whole section of bananas and plantains, rainbow carrots, and even full cacao pods! I'm guessing they just showcase fresh seasonal produce so for example, while there were fresh plums, I didn't see navel oranges. There was also a fridge case full of squeezed juices and lemonades. And a big section of various types of mushrooms. I got a package of sliced cantaloupe and a big pack of 30 eggs. We checked out the ice cream window, which looked super yummy but because we hadn't eaten lunch yet, we decided we'll come back another time to try it.

Sure, I love walking around and purchasing maybe $40 worth of snacks and produce, but the problem becomes that I can't buy toilet paper, dish soap, or other common goods there really. Also, of course there is the parking problem. This location is honestly better than others, but there is still nowhere near enough parking to meet the daily demand. Since the restaurant was bought out it has been slightly better, but it would only really improve of a garage was built.

My wife and I came here to pick up a few things to put in our room for our stay, items like snacks, water... you know the necessities!. This is not your average location because of its location in the resort city of Orlando Florida!.
