We ended up working with them on ALL the finishes in our home, including wood stains as well as a variety of interior plaster styles and exterior stucco. The interior walls turned out so exquisite that we don't even want to hang art on the walls... the walls themselves are the art! In addition to their craftsmanship, Alon and Liat are honest, transparent and simply a delight to work with! We cannot speak highly enough about Coral Colours!

And, my designer also informed me - based on JFK's proposal - that their COST for manufacturing and installing a slab was MUCH MORE than what she had seen for similar size work. Consider the following: Josef, the owner, came to my home for a preliminary consultation, and took measurements. At that time, I had not chosen the materials, nor the exact design of the master bath. I had asked for a proposal and he sent one. And, when I discussed when the work might begin, Cory, the business manager informed me it could begin within a few weeks. Then, after selecting the materials and revising a few minor aspects of the design, I contacted JFK so Josef could come for a second - and final - meeting to clarify a few changes to the preliminary design. I then - one week later - received an email from JFK that Josef was busy with large projects and did not have time.

The existing/old counter was in decent shape and granite, but we wanted to upgrade the material to Cambria Brittanica quartz and at the same time change the dimensions slightly. Josef came-out to the house to measure and while doing so he made some very tasteful design recommendations about the dimensions, thickness of the countertop, a small shelf over the sink on the window sill and other touches. As you can see from the photos, the results were WONDERFUL. All of this happened after fabrication in a very short time frame compared to what we expected. Josef was efficient, clean, respectful and he is a true master craftsman. There is no question that we will be calling JFK Marble for any similar work around our house and recommending then to all of our friends. Thank you Josef and Cory! Amazing work and very honest/fair.

I was certain that I would be leaving a great review for Beto (Filiberto Hernandez) and his company…read moreas he came out and gave me an estimate quickly and because he has a warm personality. However, the experience deteriorated fast. I had a couple early red flags when he was first starting the job of refinishing a wood floor covered with old tar and I wish I'd heeded these warning signs: 1) I asked him to move his truck so that the end was not in the road. He said, "Okay," but then did not move it. This was a problem because I live near a blind corner and the truck could have been hit. We had to ask three times before he moved it. 2) (Much more of a problem) At the beginning of the job, I asked Beto to protect the rest of the house by enclosing the loft room he was working on with plastic. He never did this, used regular baking flour to remove the tar with a floor machine, and flour coated window sills, books, shelves, and floors all over the rest of the house. It was a major pain to clean up. The floor itself ended up looking lovely, except for a bare spot he left which we will have to stain ourselves. Plus, now we have our freshly painted baseboards to repair because Beto and his crew did not protect them and his machine chewed up the bottom 1/4 of all baseboards. We will be resanding and painting and it will be a big job. And, they removed the baseboards on the stair landing when replacing the landing (he also refinished the stairway) and replaced them crooked. We will either have to remove them and place correctly or try sanding the mismatched edges. I found a cigarette butt which one of his workers threw in my yard. In general, the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was astounding. The job was completed about a month ago and I have asked repeatedly for a receipt for the $3400 job and have yet to receive it. I cannot in good faith recommend Beto or Hernandez Hardwood Floors.

Their pricing was extremely competitive and he worked with me to stay within my budget. His flexibility allowed us to move quickly which was very important as we were under a time crunch to move out of our old place and into the new place. We had a really big job, pretty much painting every wall and ceiling in the house including kitchen and bathroom cabinets and all the doors to the house. The walls and ceiling in the house were knotty pine and we wanted to open up the space with a more modern look. Painting wood takes experience and skill with coat after coat of primer and multiple coats of paint to ensure the wood didn't show. After all that work, we asked Reid and team if they could caulk between the wood to make a smoother look but still show the wood. His team killed it! With the extra requests I was concerned that we may be way over budget and not meet timelines, but Reid managed both ensuring we got in on time AND slightly under budget! I highly recommend Reid and his team. A great bunch of guys who are professional, pay close attention to detail and are flexible to meet the expectations of the customer.
