Haven't been here in the longest time but tonight the food / service was just as good as I remembered. The hostess sat us down right as we arrived , and dropped us off some garlic knots. Our server was great, she did not take long to come take our order and they served our food to us quickly. She kept checking on us and refilled our drinks. I didn't catch her name but she was on it. The food was sooo good, my other half demolished his burger and I got the garlic cream fettuccine with mushrooms and chicken. After we were done and left almost to our car , I realized that I forgot our leftover bag on the table but as we turned to go back one of the guys was already chasing us so we didn't leave without it, such great service here. Bravos still got it after all these years Mahalo to all the staff tonight I enjoyed our visit. read more

Not sure how I've lived here over 20 years and never stopped to eat at Bravos. Ive heard about it forever, just never managed to find a time to stop by and eat. Welp. We did it. And we may have found our new favorite go to for pasta. Parking is easy as there's tons of spots as its located under Anna Millers and right next to Pearlridge. Upon being seated by the hostess we were greeted by our waitress who placed a basket of their famous garlic knots on the table. These are by far and away the best garlic knots on island. (I grew up on the East coast, so I know my way around a good garlic knot). Best part is they're complimentary and bottomless...as long as you're dining in. Opposite window side of the building is a long stretch of wall where you can watch the chefs cook your food. It reminds me of an old school 80s buffet line in terms of looks. Complete with fake garlic strands and ropes of peppers. Oh, and the neon signs are a definite nostalgia trip. We opted to try the fried Mozzarella for a starter. Sauce was a little on the sweeter side, but it was delicious. My daughter got rigatoni with marinara sauce and my son got the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both of them loved their food, tho my son's meat sauce had small chunks of mushroom which I had to lie and tell him was just meat so he wouldn't spend the entire time picking out every mushroom. My wife got the vegetarian lasagna and I opted for the Fettucine pasta with chicken and mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce. Both were incredible. Us old folk ended up too full for dessert, but the kids got the kids sundaes which come with ice cream, sprinkles, whip cream and a cherry. My daughter got vanilla while my son opted for spumoni. They loved them. Will definitely be back. Already dreaming about more garlic knots. Vampires be damned. read more

Value is good, taste is average. The fried mozzarella was tasty. Sauce is on the sweeter side. Salad comes with lots of dressing. Service was good and our waitress was nice. Food came out pretty fast. Local vibe with lots of activity in the dinning room. Feels alive and very down to earth. read more

We haven't been to Bravo in awhile, so since we were in the area, we stopped by. Lots of parking. There was a short wait for dinner which went by quickly. The inside was nice as I remembered. The first thing served, even before the water were those delicious garlic buttery rolls. YUM! I ordered the Chicken Picatta and my friend ordered the Seafood Pesto. Both were great! We'll have to come back! read more

Bravo Restaurant is our go-to whenever we want to eat pasta! My kids love the mac and cheese and fettuccini Alfredo, and we can't get enough of those yummy garlic rolls! My husband and I usually get the steak and mushroom fettuccini and linguine with clams. The service and atmosphere is always great and we came here recently to celebrate Mother's Day with my husband's family. When it gets busy the wait tends to be quite a while but if you're there with good company the wait should definitely go by quick! They do have a waiting area inside and outside of the restaurant. There is a lot of parking right outside and in the surrounding area by Starbucks. read more

Had dinner with friends. It's good place for get together. We had good friendly server and good service. Early time at 4:30pm was quiet but after 6pm, it was busy. Lots of pasta menu and salad menu. This place has tasty addicting garlic bread. We love it. My husband's favorite is lasagna ($26.99). It's good big portion. Since I'm on no wheat diet, I can't order pasta so I had french fries ($5.99) and Bravo's Homemade Meatballs (appetizer) ($13.99). I liked the meatballs. I just wish it had little more marinara sauce. 3 meatballs were big. For dessert my husband and I shared new item on the menu Creamsicle Ice Cream Sandae ($9.49). It was refreshing and yummy. read more

I'll easily give 5 stars just for their Garlic Knots!!! Lol! It's been a minute since I last ate at Bravo's, as I wanna say the last time I ate here was during Covid-19 where I had to do "take-out", as all inside dining was closed during the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't know why I haven't come back to Bravo since, but what motivated me on coming back to Bravo's was when I saw the garlic knot pics posted by my yelp buddies - Craig T., Bryan W., & Gail U.. Ooooh-weeeeeeeeeee! Gotta love those Garlic Knots!!! I came here on a Friday night with my homie - Nate Y., as it was pau hana Friday. We both ordered a pasta dish, but the highlight of our dinner was definitely da Garlic Knots! Lol! Service on a Friday night was on-point. Bravo was extremely busy but the wait time to get a table was minimal, and after placing our food order, the food came out pretty quickly. No complaints here, just your basic casual Italian joint that serves large portions, and GREAT Garlic Knots! Lol! read more

Lunch at Bravo. Let me start off with saying the service was friendly and our food came out fast.I had the lunch portion of lasagna with Ceasars salad. The salad which came with the meal was excellent. The meat lasagna would have been great it it wasn't buried in sauce. Way to much sauce. I thought the sauce had an overwhelming basil taste. If you're a garlic lover the complimentary garlic bread is for you. The restaurant seating is well spaced between tables, But In our booth I keep kicking my wife. Enjoy read more

Inconsistent. Usually this is our go to spot when we want pasta but lately it has been inconsistent. Some days the food is good and some days it taste weird. Our most recent visit, my fiancé and eldest daughter said their food did not taste too good which they usually order the same thing every time. The service however, we've never had an issue. We got there during peak lunch time and was still seated within 10 mins. Our waitress checked on us constantly and made sure our drinks were filled. Overall... it's good but they just need to work on the consistency of their food. If the food continues to disappoint, we may have to look for another spot. read more

Food is always on my mind especially if I have an appointment out of our neighborhood. As we were driving to Pearl Ridge: what do you want to eat for lunch? Hubs suggested Bravo( carbs!!!) but who can turn down garlic knots ? The young lady at reception also has table wipe down duties so she will be right back. She let us to our table and gave it a wipe down- good eyes cuz I didn't notice the minuscule crumbs til she sprayed and wiped it away. One lady took our drink and meal order. There was a young man with wavy hair who waited on our table more, checked on us and gave us the dessert menu plus boxes for left overs. Hubs chose a ravioli lunch special and it seemed keiki size. The salad looked good. I have no shame I ordered off the regular menu something I hadn't tried before/ pesto linguini with shrimp and scallops. Lots of mushrooms, shrimp and scallops. I shook on some chili flakes and Parmesan cheese to add more flavor. Two thirds is going home. The pleasant young man must know how to read customers well and recommended Death by Chocolate. I told him I tried it before, so sweet !!! and he asked was it a cake? I nodded. He shared the ingredients and said it's now a brownie. Ok let's try it. I asked for two spoons and he smiled. Must conquer Battle of the bulge: shared it with hubs. Much better and half was filling enough. Chocolate to the max... good and enjoyable. So glad that young man serviced our table. He is manager caliber for sure. He made our lunch dining there special. read more

It's been a long time since I have eaten here. We came on a Saturday at around 1 pm. We were seated right away and the garlic knots and water arrived soon after. The garlic knots are a little different from what I remembered. They are now a little bigger and crispier. Still very good. Our order was taken right away and our food arrived soon after (right after our second serving of garlic knots). My wife had the spinach linguini pasta lunch special. She liked it. I had a half Italian salad and crispy calamari. Both were delicious. I really enjoyed our meal here. Great service and great food! We need to come here more often. read more

I used to go to Bravo's all the time as a kid, so this place is super nostalgic for me. I will forever love their complimentary garlic balls. Somehow I forgot about Bravo's over the years, but I went back on a whim recently and I'm so glad I did. The ambiance has a homey feel. I'm not sure if that's just the nostalgia talking, but it feels cozy. The garlic balls were even better than I remembered. We started with the Caesar salad, which was good, like any classic Caesar. I ordered the fresh portobello mushrooms with chicken in pesto, and it was sooo good. The pesto was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. I'd honestly say it's comparable to Assaggio's pesto, but more affordable. My boyfriend ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage. It was alright, nothing too special. I have to say, the portions are HUGE. We didn't have room for dessert, and our two entrées turned into dinner that night plus two extra meals. Our server was also really good and attentive. If you're craving comforting Italian food with generous portions and those iconic garlic balls, Bravo's is definitely worth it. read more

This was my first lunch experience here. I usually come for dinner. The lunch specials, most come with salad, are a reasonable deal. What I love love love, besides the bottomless garlic rolls, is that they don't skimp on the sauces like most other Italian restaurants. I heard there's a tomato shortage, but Bravo doesn't hold back on their marinara sauce. So great! Leilani Comstock was our server - so nice, friendly, accommodating and professional. She insisted she change out my spinach ravioli sauce from cream to marinara since she checked in with us and I mentioned that I didn't realize the ravioli came with cream because I don't care for cream sauce. Went here for lunch on a Wednesday at 11am, when they opened. Lots of parking. They are located under Anna Miller's. Food & service was great. I chose a pasta/salad lunch combo where you get to choose your noodles & sauce. Salad options are garden salad or Caesar salad. I opt for linguine with meat sauce & the garden salad w/thousand island dressing. Both are mini versions, but perfect for lunch. It also comes with their famous garlic rolls. I also got their spumomi ice cream sundae, which was refreshing. All in all, a great place for lunch. read more

Ambiance was amazing! It felt as if I were teleported back into the late 80s due to its retro aesthetic vibe. It was clean the bathrooms were wonderful! Service was off the charts. Usually people would wait until your cup is empty to even ask for a refill but as for my waitress. She immediately saw the cup be HALFWAY full keep in mind and she came back with a new drink without even asking! Food was spectacular. One note I do have is my specific entree was a bit bland. Look, I still like Bravo. It's the neighborhood "Italian style" food place. The food is still the same, except prices have gone up. The garlic balls are more like rolls and not as garlicky or oily as before - more "healthy". There's lots of parking and they still serve great beers. This is not the problem. The current problem is that the place is in need of cleaning and a possible remodel. When we went recently there was a smell in the place - like from the bathroom and the booths were "sticky". Please address these sanitation problems for the dine in customers. But the food is still good although much more expensive - but what isn't at this time???? read more

Bravos is known for their free, bottomless basket of garlic knots bread. The knots are simple and seriously addicting. And the baskets keep coming! They're best if you dip them in a side of Alfredo sauce. They also have a lunch special menu if you go before 2pm. During a week day at lunch, you are most likely going to be seated right away. The restaurant is nice for having conversations because it doesn't get very loud in there (no loud music playing). The waitresses are always very nice and attentive! This used to be one of our favorite restaurants because of the vibes and the tasty food. HOWEVER, a server recently ruined that for us. I'm a server at a big chain restaurant and I certainly don't treat my customers like this even when I'm slammed and busy. Usually I'd excuse bad service because I understand, but when I tell you it was not even busy and on top of that she would walk away in the middle of me speaking, rolled her eyes when we asked for the menu again, rarely checked in, never said thank you or your welcome back to us, and soooo much more issues. The busser and other server had to constantly jump in and help because this girl wasn't on her A game. So disappointing. Wasn't able to catch her name, but girl you know who you are. The service and food here for me is always a hit or miss. But we still like coming here. There's days that the food & service is awesome and there's days that the things we ordered were just really blah. This night we started with one server but she disappeared on us & we had to flag another server to help us get refills & napkins & stuff. She was great! Last time it was a flop with spaghetti pasta and their garlic rolls being hard. But we decided to try them again. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with marinara sauce as usual. It was good. I've been here plenty of times but my most recent visit was not that pleasant. I had dinner here with my parents and everything we ordered tasted great. We got the crispy calamari to share, pesto linguine with shrimp & scallops and the spinach & ricotta cheese ravioli. The calamari was crispy and I liked the two sauces it came with. The pesto linguine is usually my go-to, the sauce is creamy and cheesy and they give a lot of shrimp and scallops! I had a piece of my mom's ravioli and that was pretty good as well. You also can't go wrong with their garlic rolls! I can eat a whole basket lol. So the reason why this visit wasn't a pleasant experience was because towards the end of our meal we saw a huge roach crawling by our booth/window. My mom tried to kill it but it was so fast and we even tried telling one of the bussers but he couldn't get it either. It just felt gross knowing that that was crawling around by us in the restaurant and might surprise other guests too. Hopefully they are doing something about that problem cause people might lose their appetites if it's a frequent thing. read more

We didn't have high hopes, and that's on us. And I couldn't even really tell you why those hopes weren't high. But we were absolutely blown away. We had a young teen server and she was amazing. Honest. And I love that. She told us what got amazing reviews....and what didn't. How to order certain things to make them better, and what to stay away from. The roll basket they bring out? So good. I went with the Cajun chicken pasta with an Alfredo base at the suggestion of the server(she said it was better than the red sauce base). It was so good. So good. Today after my doctor's appointment my husband said let's go bravos for lunch. I guess he was ceaving to eat Italian. Lol.. We ordered their lunch from their lunch portion menu and I chose eggplant parmesan and my husband ordered lasagna with Caesars salad. Our appetizer was their crispy seafood includes shrimp, calamari, scallops was ok all I tasted was the calamari saying to my husband where's the shrimp and scallops. My eggplant parmesan was good except for me to much sauce I scraped mostly all the tomato sauce off the eggplant as well as the spaghetti noodles. My husband lasagna was good he said but agreed with me to much sauce. He's salad was good. And yes if you into eating garlic rolls then this place is for you. 1st basket was gone then the server came with another. I'm really not to much a garlic person but the 1st basket was gone. The 2nd basket was never touched at all. The dessert looked good but was to full to order any. All in all the lunch was good next time I'll ask light on the sauces. Dashed for the specials... Lunch Specials to be exact and since I was in the area with various errands lunch at Bravo was something I never tried and it's located on the corner of Kamehameha Hwy and Kaonohi St which is quite a busy intersection so don't blink or you'll miss it. Not sure of the shopping complex name but it is a decently sized area with lots of free parking that it shares with several other biz including Anna Miller's which Bravo is located right beneath and I was quite surprised of how spacious it was and after a long day of running around I was so happy to have finally relax and take a moment for myself. The menu is quite insanely large but is very detailed with each menu item is nice and informative but from entree to sandwiches and even a specialties section it was quite overwhelming so I just decided to stick with the "Lunch Specials" which available until 2pm which I barley made in time for. Soon as I was seating I was given a menu and was here comes some bread looking so fresh and fluffy I couldn't resist and inhaled the first one lol after a bit of browsing the menu I started with a fresh Caprese Salad which came with three orders with the classic build of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella topped with basil and balsamic drizzle...yum! So fresh and delicious it was the perfect heavenly bite. Entree it was Eggplant Parmigiana of course omg the yummy classic favorite of mine with two barely visible pieces just smothered with marinara sauce that they're so generous with (enjoy the extra with your bread lol!) paired with spaghetti it was the classic dish that I really miss enjoying. Service and the kitchen was insanely fast as but was paced just right and loved the old school vibe of a diner feel with table and booth seating is very nice and clean and great place to relax and enjoy.
