We went here for dinner on a Friday evening and they were pretty busy but we had a reservation and were seated immediately. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan ($26.99) and one of their limited time specials, linguine with white clam sauce ($20.99). A side salad (which is big enough to share) and a couple of glasses of wine brought the bill to $55. The chicken is one of their customer favorites and the portion was large enough to take some home. The linguine sauce was on the watery side and the clams were really tiny but it was flavorful and something I would order again. Our server Delante was courteous and efficient. Lunchtime at 12:50pm and barely anyone in the restaurant. I felt bad for the servers as they did their best to hustle. Sadly, they were under staffed that one server came in on her day off and haven't even changed into uniform to help serve us. We had to grab our own utensils and appetizer plates from the adjacent table. We were definitely worried about traffic back to airport and making our flights. But they came through and we got out at the ideal time of 2pm. Whew! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The plate was massive and held 3 balls the size of my fist. It was tender and meaty, however, the sauce was a salt bomb. I ate 1 ball and some spaghetti then took the rest home. We also ordered appetizers of fried calamari, spinach dip with tortillas and small flatbread. All were good and I especially enjoyed the calamari. We came here for lunch and it was so delicious! Not crowded at all on a Saturday and the service was extremely fast. We got started with the most fresh and warm bread and then had meatballs and ricotta as an app. My partner got the chicken parm and loved it. The chicken pasta dish several of us had was incredibly dry and had the look of food that had been pre-plated and then reheated. More Alfredo sauce was provided upon request. The food choices were pretty good and as I am gluten free my choices were more limited but GF pasta was available. Oh my goodness, this has to be my worst Italian restaurant dining experience ever in my life. We went there to celebrate the new job for our cousin. We ordered two appetizers, two drinks and thought of ordering main course after the drinks. First the appetizers arrived, and we ate them all for 25 mins while waiting for our drinks which never arrived. I politely asked our waitress about the drinks, and her response was "I don't prepare the drinks, the bartender does". Crazy response right? I know. While the bartender was busy chitchatting with other guests forgetting we ever ordered our drinks. And all this was after waiting for 25 mins in a less than 15% occupancy weekday night. Ridiculous I say. We always go to the Mason Bravo and love it there, wanted to try a new location but this waitress proved we made a terrible decision. She knew we've been waiting for our drinks since 25 mins but had done nothing about it. Had never experienced such terrible customer service ever. Finally we had to leave the restaurant without having our dinner. We went to a Mexican place nearby to have our dinner, which had an amazing service with great food options. Came for a retirement party but got to the bar early. They said they have no bartender at 1pm so I couldn't even order a drink. They had two waiters for our party and did a pretty good job however our drinks came out late and food wasn't much for 26 people. There is a reason why this place was dead inside. Today was our first visit to Bravo's with the family, and unfortunately, it'll be our last. From the moment we were seated, the experience was downhill. Our table was swarmed with gnats--yes, gnats--and that wasn't even the worst part. The server, who also appeared to be the manager, greeted us with visible disdain. It was clear she didn't appreciate our presence or the fact that we were enjoying each other's company during our 7 PM reservation. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and downright rude. We ordered calamari that was so overcooked it felt like chewing leather--honestly, it was inedible. The pasta? Dry and lifeless. When we asked for to-go boxes, we were handed flimsy paper containers clearly meant for bread, not for saucy dishes. Completely impractical. To top it off, the same server had the nerve to complain about her tip, loud enough for us to hear as she walked away. That level of unprofessionalism speaks volumes. I know this review might not change much, but if it helps even one person avoid wasting their time and money here, then we've done our part. Consider this feedback "on the house." read more

First time having Italian for Christmas night. Service was great. Food, not so much. The chicken parmesan was very thin & dry. Tasted like it was from frozen. Spaghetti had no sauce and dry. My wife had shrimp fettuccine. The shrimp was not freshly cooked, and it was soggy. I had a side salad and my wife had a glass of wine. The whole meal cost $100, but it wasn't worth $40. I've had better from frozen meals. So disappointing. read more

I have been twice in the last 2 weeks. First time group of 12 ladies . Bad service no refills on water coffee found came out cold. Gratuity was already on bill so not good . Went back this Friday 2 of us. Same waitress cold soup had to ask for a waitress cause we sat for 10 min .Sorry won't be back . Too expensive for cold food and bad service. (Host told us they probably paid the fee, I asked the customer they said they didn't nor did they have a reservation) For the third visit in a row I ordered the veil parmesan, they were out again. Went with fettuccine Alfredo, and after over 90 min from arrival recieved my dried out pasta at just above room temperature just Like 4 others in our group. I will say the server was nice and friendly. But as a group we have decided we will not be back to this location again due to what appeared to be lies, inability to serve what's on the menu and the inability to serve warm food to all in a large group. I expect far more from a restaurant of this caliber and price. Personally I will avoid this location in the future and possibly all locations. I do not like to leave poor reviews as sometimes it is just a fluke, but this has been proven multiple times over that it is not a fluke that it is the normal here. I did leave it as 2 star as the server tried and had a good personality and the food overall is good, I just dont expect cold dried out pasta on something as simple as fettuccine Alfredo. read more

My family members like this spot so we visit now and then but I can't say I'm ever too impressed. The waitstaff try their very best and are very positive and helpful so that is probably the best part about this Bravo location. The issues are no fault of their own but it feels very understaffed and chaotic at times. We were told there was an hour wait when we visited but the restaurant seemed only about ¼ full. We were able to be seated outside without a wait, and the patio area is nice and quiet off the busy street so I'd ask about this option in nice weather. The patio furniture is also very comfy! I got the pasta fra diavolo which is one of the more unique menu items and I enjoy okay. But, for the expensive price of these entrees like Alfredo or spaghetti and meatballs-- most are over $20- I would rather go to a mom and pop place and not a chain. I never have had a bad meal here, but it seems very expensive for the overall food quality and experience that I've had. read more

I don't get out of the house much due to medical reasons, but when I do I always want it to be worth it. We settled on Bravo! Italian kitchen, which has always been good. The crispy shrimp Napoli is an absolute must and didn't disappoint. I also had a dela casa side salad, with their creamy Parmesan dressing, also hit the spot. My mom hot a shredded chopped entree salad which came out wrong a few times, but was rectified in the end. The chicken cutlet sandwich was okay, but nothing special. Horrible experience and a manager that doesn't care. Went for my mom's 81 birthday. There was an error and the server input the wrong order. 25 min later my dad's order was delivered. No manager to apologize. Had to watch him eat as we were all done. No refills no drinks. No comp for the wrong delayed food. I called and spoke to Jacqueline and told her I was a long time customer and what happened. She blamed the waiter who was new. I asked why didn't she come over apologize. Make the scenario right and she had no response. I was polite on the call and told her my family has gone there for 25 plus years and how disappointing the food and service was now. I said that as the manager she could have made the situation right if she would have stepped in. She did apologize again for the waiter and said she would address him. My problem is not with a new waiter it is with a manager that doesn't own the experience. Her apology was insincere and when I said that she has lost a long time customer by her lack of ownership her response was I hope your week gets better. Really. That's your response. It's sad to see this place that use to have a wait list 1/3 full and still not run effectively. They also now charge for bad bread to top it off. There are so many choices in Mason. Please go somewhere that the management takes ownership for the experience vs blaming their staff. read more

Our family has been going here for many years but will not go back. Waitress delivered us a lemonade but with no sugar on the rim. My mom drank some of it and and sent it back stating that there was no sugar on the rim, which is what she was used to. Waitress said that we would have to "pay" for a new one. We objected by the drink was not made properly. Waitress delivered us a new one and charged us for it. I called and spoke to a manager the next day. Manager agreed to send us a refund via a gift card. Never got it so I called back and spoke to a second manager who also agreed to send a refund via a gift card. Again, never got it??? Walked in at 8:45 PM to eat knowing that restaurant closes at 9:30 PM on a Sunday Eve. No just at the host stand. The bartender, tall, wearing a ball cap turned his back to us, so as not to see us. The girl sitting at a bar table folding linen napkins also turned as not to look at us. There were still people sitting at tables. We stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us and nobody greeted us, or said, "Someone will be right with you". Celebrated my husband's 65th Birthday on a short notice. Bravo! Was able to accommodate up to 45 people in their private room. The service was great the food was excellent. Sue and Laura did a great job serving us. Jose the manager, was very accommodating and Jennifer, the regional sales manager was excellent in her service.
