I am very sad to see this place under the management of Amanda G., she has no heart, and will look for any excuse or misunderstanding to place the blame on your child. DO NOT LET SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS GO HERE, they do not have to people trained for these children. I caught them in lies, and my children would come home with bruises that they wouldn't explain. It is very sad, because this place used to be so good, and now it is horrible. We were forced to have our kids go to this school because they refused to run the school buses after using covid as an excuse. No to mention they dropped us for months during Covid with no warning. Other daycare did not close, but they will leave you in the lurch at a moments notice. This review is not from having my children here a week or two, I have had my children here for years, and I am sad to see this once great and caring daycare become what it has today. I have to move my children in the middle of the year right before Christmas break, and all three of my children have cried because they are going to miss their teachers, and friends. If they really loved your children like they claim they do, would they do this horrible thing to them? If you really love your children, don't do this to them ether. Go somewhere else. Utahwrongdoings at gmail.com is now looking into this school based on the requests of of parents, and they have reached out to me. If you too are feeling lost, and your children are feeling hurt, email them to join your voices as one.

The director Shelley is beyond awesome and the teacher Ms. Jillian is wonderful. My babies are no longer at this facility due to a change in employment and schedule but I still recommend them on a high note. The kids love it here and you can feel the energy when walking into the daycare. They also prepared my son well for Kindergarten. When I first took my daughter who was 1 then, it took her 2 weeks to settle and the staff remained gentle and patient, even gave me some pointers to break her into the daycare schedule. I believe you would love it but above all, you're babies would love it!

The summer program for the school-aged children is fantastic. The kids get to go on daily field trips, which my daughter raves about. I've never had an issue with them until recently. My 2 1/2 year old son has been having some behavioral problems the last couple of months, which included hitting, biting, and scratching the teachers ( part of his terrible twos phase) and he also doesn't nap anymore since he sleeps 7pm-7am. And apparently that's a big problem for them ( at least that's how they made it seem) Well at the beginning of December the director Jennifer asked me if I have talked to my sons pediatrician to see if there was anything "neurologically wrong with him" her exact words, because he was going through these phases. By the way she decided to say this to me in front of two other parents dropping of their children as well, I find this completely unprofessional and disrespectful of her. I reported her to management and they said that they would have a talk with her and even still after speaking with her, Jennifer didn't have the decency to apologize to me about what she said and how she said it. This isn't a bad review about the daycare itself like I said I loved the daycare. My only issue was with Jennifer and how she went about everything wasn't professional at all.

I don't normally do this but this was such a horrible job experience I felt like I needed to say…read moresomething. I was hired as a director of one of their centers and basically told they needed someone that would just do as they were told and not complain by the CEO and Regional Director. I never felt like I had any control over anything. I was promised extensive training but most days I was giving no clear direction on the job expectations or what I was supposed to be doing. I never knew who to listen to because I would get told something different by the Regional Director, the CEO and the HR/Curriculum Director. So upper management was very unorganized and not at all helpful. Most of the time I felt like a glorified floater bouncing from doing bus runs to giving breaks to teachers to doing laundry. I never felt like I was the manager of anything. The assistant director they had running the building before they hired me (who was only 21 by the way) seemed to think she was in charge and upper management seemed to enforce that. She would avoid going into classrooms at all costs and when I would try to work with her she would either ignore me or refuse to do what was asked. The other assistant director was only 18 and the CEO's daughter. She was fine to work with but she was young and I was always worried she would go to her mom if she didn't like what I was doing. I was the only person on salary in the building and told the company would not pay any overtime to the hourly employees including the assistant directors. So I would end up working 10-12 hour days to pick up the slack. I liked working with the teachers and children but the company only cared about the bottom line so children would be shoved from classroom to classroom and the teachers were treated horrible and always being written up for things. I would try to help them as much as possible but my hands were tied by upper management. The last straw was when I was given a verbal warning a month after I had started working by the HR/Curriculum Director that the teachers under me weren't implementing the curriculum properly. What a joke! Because of the high turn around for staff most of the teachers were new and I hadn't had time to train them properly. I didn't even know how to respond to that especially since the job pairing of Human Resources and Curriculum Director are the most ridiculous pairing I have ever heard of. The two aren't even related. It just shows how unorganized this was place was on running a business. I left after two months because it was such a horrific place to work for.
