Most likely I feel this way because I've been taking work there for a few years now, so I'm familiar with everyone there. Each engineer has his own style, but overall I like working with any of the guys if they're available. I always walk out of there with a very finished audio project. Okay, I know I don't have a great handle on all the lingo, but take my word for it: If you have any audio jobs, it's definitely worth checking these guys out.

WTF Media truly lives up to its name--I was left saying "WTF" after my experience. I booked a…read morepodcast session with them weeks in advance for a short trip to NYC with my family. Our weekend was meticulously planned around it, including non-refundable tickets for shows, excursions, and reservations. Just 24 hours before the session--and at 5:30 PM NYC time, no less--they emailed to cancel, saying the studio had to close unexpectedly. They offered to reschedule, but that wasn't feasible with our fixed itinerary. I spent the evening scrambling to find a last-minute replacement, which added unnecessary stress right before our trip. Thankfully, I was fully refunded, and Melrose Podcast stepped in to accommodate us (they were even appalled by the situation). However, the unreliability of WTF Media completely disrupted our plans. If you're looking for a dependable studio, I'd recommend steering clear--bookings here come with too much risk.
