Now don't go in there looking for freebies, but do go in there looking for people who will deal with you honestly! I read one or two of their bad reviews and I figure - nobody's perfect. They kept my vehicle for 5 days after quoting a price to hold it over the weekend. Then, they gave me a different price. On day 5, the price doubled. I went to another mechanic for a wheel alignment and was told it was just a front inner & outer tire rod end issue- no tire problem or issues with the tie rods front and back that would cost $1300 at this place. SMH! Save your money and time. What tire rod fix cost this much. Really My son says this place isn't the same anymore. I've been with this business for ten years. I've found a new mechanic who won't try to scam women. They just make up stories. Don't go--save your money.

Last year I took my son's car there. The guy told me it would be ready in a couple days which…read moreturned into over a week. He told me a quick date just so he could get the car in and get paid. He has no right to hold on to my vehicle. He doesn't care what kind of inconvenience he imposes on his customers. Fast forward to today, my son takes his truck in to get the AC checked. They say he has to get it replaced. BUT, they can't give an estimate because the guy who does the estimates isn't in until Monday. Then he has the nerve to say if we take the vehicle home he has to charge a diagnostic fee, all of a sudden thats policy, because we might take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Like it was our fault his guy isn't there. His mom asked to text the receptionist who knows us and he says he doesn't have her number/jcan't text her. She gets the keys to leave and suddenly he's texted the receptionist and he's trying to work something out. Mind you we have been using this shop for over 20 years! That has never been "policy". And what right does he have to hold our vehicle over the weekend. Notice the theme. All this guy wants is money. He'll say anything to get you to leave the vehicle to make a buck. The previous owner was thoughtful, helpful, thorough and timely. This guy is the total opposite and has zero appreciation for long time customers. The mechanics and receptionists are top notch, the owner not so much. Beware of getting anytime other than an oil change.

Jamie was very pleasant and told me to come right in. Ken was an excellent resource. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I was too. I appreciate the time they took with me ensuring that I was well-informed. I have already recommended several family members and friends to consider AYT for their needs. I will be a repeat customer for future maintenance and service. Their exemplary service was appreciated and my experience was stellar. Thank you Jamie, Ken, and team!!

I returned my car to Pugh Garage after 8 months regarding tire rod replacement. Another mechanic…read morenoticed an inconsistency when looking at the receipt for work done at Pugh in February vs the parts on my actual car. Pugh was the ONLY shop I used for this repair. I also have documentation showing that I purchased specific Mevotech tie-rod ends (MS86633 and MS86634) for my vehicle and provided them for installation. However, the tie rods currently on my vehicle do not appear to match the parts I purchased and provided to Pugh. When I brought this concern back to Pugh, they blamed other mechanics rather than taking accountability. The other shop did NOT perform any tie-rod work, and I provided receipts to confirm this upon Pugh Garage's request. I understand 8 months is a long time but I would not know there are mismatched parts on my vehicle until having to bring my car for other repairs to a new shop. I wasted time and gas just to leave without a resolution. My advice is to take pictures of the parts you provide and have the work independently checked afterward. It seems as thought they expected me to have seen they did not complete their work prior to now as if I would have had reason to go looking under my car like a mechanic when that is not my profession.

The shop kept giving me quotes over the phone until I asked for a quote breakdown for what endurance was covering and what my responsibility would be. They come back and said by the way there are additional parts that Endurance is not covering so therefore you're gonna have to pay for them out-of-pocket the overall total was almost $2000 and Endurance was paying an additional $1035 they added additional work that didn't have anything to do with the P0411 code. I asked Andrew the Service Writer that I was dealing with up front how much would the diagnosed will cost me if Endurance declined the claim, he quoted $175. After the back-and-forth with him and he told me that he called me back regarding the HVAC issue (he never called me back) I had to go all the way over to the shop because he said he couldn't diagnose the issue and the pricing kept changing, I did not trust them working on my car. In the breakdown document the diagnostic was $93. Andrew said since I am not getting the work done I had to pay $355. When I got there to pickup my car he charged $310 for 2 hours to diagnose.

Went in for a MD state inspection for a car that has 0 issues. So i took the same car out of anger to another place for the same inspection and passed it with no issue.
