The staff is always genuinely pleasant and helpful -- the kind of people who greet you with a smile and make the space feel welcoming. I love the infrared sauna, especially because you can book it in advance, which makes planning workouts so much easier. Their variety of weight machines keeps things interesting, and I never feel like I'm waiting around for equipment. It's rarely crowded except for the usual New Year rush. Parking in the lot can be a little tricky since it's small, but there's plenty of free street parking right outside, so it's never a dealbreaker. They also offer a great lineup of workout classes, which adds even more value. Overall, it's a gym that makes staying consistent feel effortless. Neighbors and friends are all members so it's fun to work out together and there are perks for referring new members too!

I'm from Italy, so English is not my first language, and Amber has always been incredibly patient, understanding, and encouraging. She's even learning a little bit of Italian too! Since moving to America, I've gained some weight (I think is the food), and Amber has helped me not only work toward managing that weight, but also, and perhaps more importantly, learn to be kinder and more patient with myself. Beyond her incredible knowledge and professionalism, Amber has such a wonderful personality. She is genuinely kind, positive, and so nice to be around, which makes every workout something I actually look forward to. I'm already looking forward to my next session with her on Monday! I would recommend Amber to anyone who is a beginner, not super comfortable in the gym environment or has a language barrier!

As someone who used to dread working out, training with Amber has completely changed my perspective. She's motivating and supportive, but also makes the sessions fun because we always end up having good conversations while I workout. I look forward to our sessions. She really has changed my perspective on exercise and health! 10/10 would recommend!

He made a workout plan that fit my needs and even provided one for the off days when I'm not training with him, and every week we've been pushing more and more while keeping everything in check to avoid injuries. Its always been difficult for me to learn how to train and push those safe limits on my own, so having him has taught me the correct way to make progress, and even when it comes to my diet, he always has great tips on how to maximize it. Definitely I'd recommend you give it a try, and whether you need help for a few weeks or longer periods like me, I'm sure you will be happy with him and will immediately start to see the kind of progress you wouldn't see if you trained on your own.

Eric goes far above and beyond in his support: - He's incredibly dedicated. His attention to detail, check-ins, and support go far beyond any trainer I've worked with. - He's focused on real, lasting change, not quick fixes. Mindset is just as important as movement. - He's tough (in the best way!): he challenges you so you can discover strength you didn't know you had. Eric believed in me before I did. That kind of support is rare - and life-changing. Working with him has been one of the best decisions (and investments!) I've ever made. I'm so grateful to have found Eric! He changed my life.

Life is all about pushing limits (even into your 70's/80's and beyond) and I've been super impressed with Eric's care, motivation and individually crafted plans for each of them. She has so much knowledge and is very caring and supportive. The class was with 6 individuals with very different stages of fitness journey and needs. (Some have bad shoulders, injured body parts etc.) Tracey gave everybody with very customized, individual cues and progression/regression, and I am amazed how she helped everyone to push just right amount so that everyone can get good workout while not injuring themselves. The whole class flow was amazingly choreographed with proper techniques and hands-on adjustments. I am at the phase to undo my bad habits and correct my alignments deviations. Without me communicating verbally, Tracey understood my intentions and guided me through the whole class. She gave me so many aha moments and I finally found some of my muscle groups firing which I haven't felt for years. She has such a sweet, nurturing personality, and it was such a pleasant and fun experience to move in her class! Highly highly recommend to anybody - from a person who has never taken a Pilates class, or recovering from injuries, to a Pilates enthusiast looking for learning from an instructor at the mastery level of arts of Pilates.

Switching to this gym has been a breath of fresh air. MFC is run by a hardworking and friendly family who's always quick to help and the gymgoers contribute to the overall chill vibe that I love about this place. Equipment: TONS. There's every attachment possible for the cable machines. In addition to having all the typical plate-loaded and pin machines and dumbbells (in 2.5 lb increments too!) for the general fitness enthusiast, they also have specialty equipment for bodybuilding, strongman, olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting. I started coming here to prep for a powerlifting meet and appreciate the 2 combo racks, multi-station rig, many deadlift platforms, and multiple benches. There's plenty of powerlifting equipment so I've never had to wait to SBD. Community: The folks who come here are respectful and have good gym etiquette. Some folks keep to themselves; they're locked in and focused on their own workouts. Other folks enjoy talking more and building friendships as they train. To each their own - I just love that folks wipe down their equipment after use and rerack their weights. Bathroom: Super clean with multiple stalls, showers, and lockers inside Parking: Spacious, free parking lot. I've never encountered this, but if the lot was ever full, you could easily find (free) street parking Bonuses: There's a large cubby shelf located under the stairs for us to drop our stuff off while we work out. There's also a charging station and several cleaning sprays + constantly restocked towels so we can easily wipe down equipment (and ourselves) They offer $5 day passes on the last Friday of every month so take advantage of that to come check out how awesome this gym is. $65 for the monthly membership is such an invaluable investment for all that MFC provides. I'm incredibly happy to be training here and know you will be too!

My whole life I have really struggled with being happy in my own skin. In about 8 weeks, Ben took me from being uncomfortable taking my shirt off to me lounging around completely confident in myself. He gave me a full meal plan, taught me about the food I was eating, walked me through the nutrition and exercise program, and checked in with me regularly to not only make sure I was on track--but that I was happy. When my gym was operational, I was lifting MAYBE 3 times a week, then it closed and we switched to doing at home workouts with hardly any equipment. Even with the switch, the body fat was sliding off. I became comfortable and excited that people wanted to touch my stomach--or should I say my abs! I am beyond grateful to this man and have referred him to everyone I know that: struggles with their weight, confidence, and strength. Many coaches narrow down on a specialty--strength, weight loss, physical therapy--Ben's specialty is the human body in general. Completely tailored meal plans and exercise regimens, immediate support, and an unreal ability to change bodies. I heavily recommend reaching out.
