I work for long periods of time on my computer and I started getting intense migraines and neck pain/shoulder pain. After my alignment, I felt instant relief for the first time in weeks. I first went to Dr Braun for a shoulder injury that I got during triathlon training. It was hard to swim 400m without pain in my shoulder and neck that lasted throughout the day. Jasen was informative and not only helped with the pain, but also helped me understand what was causing the issue. And his soft tissue work was more effective than any massage or PT I tried. After a few consistent visits, that did NOT break the bank, I was pain-free! I looked him up again for a back injury and his consult alone helped me heal faster than ever! As an athlete, it seems I always have one injury or another. It's great to have a go-to chiropractor that not only knows his stuff, but is also an athlete himself and is really knowledgeable! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor. read more

I've seen chiropractors most of my life to maintain an active life style and Dr. Braun is one of the best I've experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable, effective and gentle. He takes insurance which makes it very affordable to incorporate chiropractic care in my life. I came to him in a lot of pain with unknown origins of why my muscles and joints were inflamed and he knew exactly what to do. He has exemplary patient care, he has been helping me for almost a year now. Can't recommend him more highly!! read more

Today was my first time ever going to a chiropractor, Dr. Braun was very informative and knowledgeable of the process. He talked me through some issues that could be causing the pain I have been feeling and made suggestions that could help. After the process was done I walked out feeling great! Will definitely return read more

Braun Chiropractic never called me back even after a dozen calls/texts & submitting my insurance info. Unless they've closed that's bad business and rude. I found a chiro I'm happy with now. read more

Had foot issues for years. Got sent to podiatrists, lousy chiropractors, and more who said they'd " fix " it. The only person who ever got it right was Jason. Gone from being in so much pain I couldn't walk to 4 miles on the treadmill. Great place! read more

Great place, very clean. Jason is knowledgeable, positive, and fun to train with. Can't say enough good things about this place

My experience with Dr. Braun was nothing short of amazing! I've been to multiple chiropractors due to back and neck pain. He is the best by far. He made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. He even provided me with tips and stretches to do at home. Highly recommend!! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Braun for over a year and he's been great! I woke up one morning, a few days before a big backpacking trip and was in soooo much pain! I came in almost unable to move from the pain. I was about to cancel my trip, but then I went to see Dr. Braun. I originally went to him because he uses the activator method. When I was there I also learned he uses the ACT method. He manually separates the muscles to release the pain. He originally told me the pain may get worse before it gets better. I woke up the next morning and forgot I even had neck pain! It was amazing! He does miracles! read more

Had a great experience here with dr. derek who is professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. He approached my back pain very holistically and i felt he went above and beyond with a very detailed and client centered eval ($45 for eval and treatment). after having a week of very painful back and neck pain from sleeping funny, i was pain free a few days after my visit. If i was staying in pasadena, he would definitely be my go to chiro. Love that he is knowledgeable and personable. Cant recommend him enough! My friends who went to see him share the same sentiment. read more

Dr. Braun is really easy to work with. He knows his stuff and I know he could help you the way he helped me. Great guy and great team!

I work out 3-5 times a week and I was having neck and back pain. I saw many doctors and all they did is want to give me different medications. I would get massages but that really didn't help much. A friend at my gym told me about Dr. Braun so I decided to try him out. He took his time and found the cause if my pains. My pain was drastically reduced after only 3 visits with him - I was amazed. He gave me some exercises and stretches that have helped my pain from coming back and so far I've been feeling great. Highly recommend Dr. Braun read more

ClassPass Review - Piloxing It's supposed to be a combination of Pilates and boxing. The workout is definitely for people that are just starting to work out or are out of shape.I barely worked up a sweat. It's also a lot more boxing than Pilates. The place itself is very nice. I love how everything looks. read more

I've worked with several personal trainers at different gyms off and on for the past 7 years. After finding Jason Braun 3 years ago, and now with his own gym at Braun Fitness, I have everything I could want in personal training. His new facility is beautiful and a great environment for Jason's style of training. He keeps you constantly moving to maximize your cardio burn instead of sitting on an exercise machine or bench. Personal training isn't cheap. I can only afford a few weeks of one-on-one training sessions a year which means it's much harder to achieve and maintain results. Although they are more affordable, I was concerned that small group training wouldn't be as effective as one-on-one training. That is not the case. I find the intensity and energy of the small group exercise sessions much higher. I also find that I push myself more when doing the same exercises side by side with others and I also enjoy the support and encouragement we provide each other. The fact that small group training sessions are more affordable and I like them better, I am hooked and have given up regular gym membership to do this 2-3 times a week instead. Supplemented with cycling or other cardio on my own, I am seeing consistent results and for the first time in my life I look forward to working out. But most of the credit goes to Jason himself and his team. His knowledge, enthusiasm and passion are inspiring and keep me motivated to push myself. He challenges you and also gives you the confidence to do more than you thought you could. In fact, most of the time he knows more what I'm capable of then I do. His friendly and approachable personality really makes you feel like you have a true friend and partner in your health and fitness. read more

My visits with Dr. Derek have been phenomenal! I first came in to see him for chronic neck pain from a snowboarding injury about a year ago which he helped resolve. I have since been coming in to see him regularly for maintenance and to increase my strength and fitness. I'm an avid weight trainer, and stay pretty active with outdoor activities, so he's been keeping me in the best condition to keep going strong. He's a great adjuster, gentle and specific. He has a broad range of treatment options like tools and muscle work, and he chooses what's best for each condition. I have had my fair share of chiropractic treatments, so I know that the general adjustments I've had from other chiropractors is not effective. I feel safe and relaxed under his care, and I highly recommend him if you are in the area! read more

When I first started training at Braun Fitness with Jason and Megan I was 8 months post pregnancy. I wanted to get into shape but did not know where to start. Megan asked me what my fitness goals were and she has been amazing at helping me reach those goals. I love that I don't have to think when I train at Braun Fitness. I just show up they tell me what to do. Because of training at Braun Fitness I was able to fit into my Cat Woman costume for Halloween! I have trained with various trainers at this facility and every one has been professional and extremely knowledgeable about fitness. I would highly recommend Braun Fitness to anyone who is serious about getting into shape. read more

Dr. Derek will is always a blessing he has aligned and helped maintain my body for years now and there's times I don't even know if anything else would have corrected the things I need him to address. Miracle worker right here folks. And I am a staunch critic of the practice but my faith has been restored. Thx for fixing my husband!

I have been in so much pain and I am tired of taking pain meds so I was referred to Derek from Paul @Integrity lash. Paul told me had been in so pain from his back and is now pain free. So my 2nd visit with Derek and I am so impressed...his work is so different from other Chiropractors I've been to. He worked on me for over an hour and a half. And I feel a huge difference. I have a ways to go because I have some herniated discs but he worked me over till he aligned me. Great personal one on one. Explained every technique while doing it. Felt very comfortable and felt immediate results. Can't wait to come for next appt. thank you Derek read more

Derek has been my chiropractor for a year n a half now and he is awesome! He is very detailed in his work.. He will adjust your body and then feel around to see if any muscles are tight. If they are, he will help by rolling your muscles back into place. I can feel the difference after I see him, I feel happier and my body feels great!! He is really nice and fun to talk to! You can ask him advice on how to eat healthy! He loves the healthy life! Lol if you're looking for a chiropractic I would suggest seeing him! I remember before coming here I would always be tired and complained on how much my body hurt. I wasn't talkative and would be physically exhausted after work. Now, I have way more energy when I get off work, I am talkative, My body does not feel too much pain throughout the week cause he focuses on the areas that you're having problems with! *YAY*. They have a wellness plan that you pay monthly and can go up to 6 times a month...! It's SO WORTH IT! :D read more

I had an amazing time training with Megan. She quickly analyzed where my fitness level was at, listened to my goals, and then threw me right into workouts that really kicked my butt in the best way possible. She is fun to work with and keeps you motivated through the entire workout. I would definitely come back to train with her in between my traveling! The space at Braun is also one of the most comfortable and energizing gym spaces I've ever seen. High ceiling with tons of skylights letting in tons of beautiful natural light coupled with cork floors and real plants growing in the floor gardens against the walls makes for a really beautiful and comfortable space to work out in. You walk in and you feel energized, not intimidated by tons of equipment, dim fluorescent lights in a drop down ceiling, and tv monitors everywhere. Just a great space. Feels good. Highly recommended if you are looking for some great personal training, small group classes, and something different than the normal 24 hour fitness grind. Great people, great gym! read more

Great chiropractor, really neat "full service" set up. Jason does chiropractic adjustments, active release technique, and some light PT. This method has helped me heal so much faster! It's in a small group gym/strength training setting (I haven't utilized much of that), so you could really make it one stop shop if you wanted to! read more

I have been a client of Jason Braun for over two years and have never had the same workout twice. Jason brings great energy and a dedication to serious fitness in each session. He is consistent and very professional. Whether it is a small group or an individual appointment, I have been challenged to improve in every lesson. I would not work this hard on my own. Jason's philosophy of goal oriented fitness is inspiring and helpful. He has taught me many values of how to apply gaining strength for a sport. His continual desire to stay educated and current about health and exercise has been very beneficial to all of us at Braun Fitness. I highly recommend Jason to anyone who is serious about wanting to improve themselves physically. Braun Fitness is a very inviting and comfortable space. He has created for all of us a place that is conducive for each exercise. His enthusiasm is infectious, and he is always upbeat while remaining stern about his expectations in the routine he plans each day. Thank you Jason! Debbie Agajanian read more

This place is great! The classes are small, anywhere from just me to up to 5 people. There are enough times that if I miss my morning class, I can always go in the afternoon. The staff is very knowledgeable and pushes you to go the extra mile. I joined 6 months ago and have lost weight, gained muscle and feel great. They also help with your diet, which is key for weight loss. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get into shape. read more

This is the best place for chiropractic services and personal training for active people. You could go to a chiropractor and spend the time and money doing the exercises and getting diagnosed but still have no idea how to train in a way that will make you more functional, athletic, fit, and balanced. With Jason you get the best of both worlds, someone with a knowledge of chiropractic and athletic performance so that you can get functional and fit at the same place in half the time. read more

Very nice facilities nestled in a nice neighborhood in Pasadena. You definitely realize this is going to be a personal experience and you're not just another person in a big gym. This is a custom experience and they'll make it work for you. The owner Jason is also an incredibly nice guy and very fit. You can tell he's worked hard to build up his fitness center and is also doing cool programs and bringing in unique opportunities for his clients like getting body scans to come on site for users to see how much progress they're making. Definitely recommend this fitness center to anyone looking for a quality place to workout under the guidance of trainers. read more

I found Braun Chiropractic/fitness searching the internet and it was the best thing that happened to me. I had 2 herniated discs in my back with acute leg pain for two years and no luck with medical doctors helping me. Dr. Pham just went into action executing a plan for my injury and my overall health. I received immediate relief of most of my pain and quality of life has improved dramatically. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Braun are not just good at what they do, they are caring and kind. You don't find that every often. Thanks to them I have my life back. read more

I have been to approximately 12 chiropractors throughout my life. Jason Braun is the only chiropractor that actually worked on the muscles surrounding my bone alignment. And instead of spending 10 minutes he actually works with me every time for at least a half an hour. I had two frozen shoulders, nerve damage from a car accident in my arm, and neck issues. He addresses every issue each time I come in and I have substantially increased my mobility in a very short time. AND he is so affordable. Thank you Braun Fitness. I am grateful. read more

This place is indeed as good as it gets. Megan and Jason are thoughtful, inspiring, observant and professional. This long time couch potato is off her duff and no longer afraid of personal training. The last time I tried a personal trainer he gave used a "one size fits all" approach and the result was further injury to my rotator cuff. It hurt so much, I had to stop. With Megan, I am both challenged yet somehow healing each time. She is observant, realistic yet inspiring but tolerates no b.s . which for me is very helpful. I also add in Jason's excellent chiropractic/ ART care. (he also does personal training). The quality of the training is exceptional, truly exceptional. It took my sister in law's visit from Australia to get me to try Braun -- what a gift ! read more

I highly recommend Braun Fitness! Jason does a great job of continuously pushing and challenging you to reach that next level. He is mindful of your limits, but doesn't take excuses (which you need in a trainer)! And the studio is great - always clean, warm and inviting, while also feeling bright and open. read more
