No food, gave up. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge or wait on me. One customer and one employee in the grocery section. Two cars in the drive thru and one had just pulled in as I got there so that wasn't busy for 7:00. 8 or 9 employees standing around behind the counter with all of their back to the customers staring at the monitors on the wall discussing what the next order was. One more employee came out of the back and ignored me also. Cleanliness was probably 6 or 7 out of 10. The last few times I've been in were similar. Guess corporate doesn't care if customers come back. I've already quit shopping in the grocery section because of the quality of products. For the record I would have given zero stars if that had been an option. Try harder Braums Corporate. Or stop saying you care. read more

Order single biscuits and gravy at 7:00am on a Wednesday. They didn't have the gravy made yet. They quickly prepared and served me a watery gravy with white concentrated dots not mixed. Had to go to another store to get what I wanted. read more

Just passing through. Management issues. First, FLIES EVERYWHERE. Literally, poop on the floor in ladies room. Looks like every surface in this place could use a disinfectant wipe down. It is evident that there is no attention to detail, as edges of anything that has been wiped still have buildup. Just eeewwwww. Nobody is smiling. Everyone looks stressed out; and it's only moderately busy. Our order sat on the counter, fries getting cold, while the person argued that it wasn't ours while calling numbers higher than our ticket. Management issues. Who runs an operation like this? I could go on; but you could save yourself by skipping this one. read more

I love braums. This one is horrible. Cold food long waits. Every month or so I give them another chance and it's always a let down. Extremely long waits in the drive through with usually nobody else around maybe 1 other car. I've tried them at all hours of the day early morning mid morning early lunch late lunch middle of the day. It doesn't matter they always make you wait 10-15 minutes no exaggeration. Then finally get the food and it tastes like it sat there for 30 minutes. If I have to wait that's fine but it better come out hot. Never does here read more

Really like their crinkle cut fries as well as their sherbet ice cream. Have had biscuits and sausage gravy which were some of the best biscuits I've ever eaten. They run great specials and are always quick on getting your order to you. . read more

Customer service was excellent. Every employee was friendly. That's the only reason for two stars instead of one. Restaurant cleanliness is paramount now more than ever due to Covid-19. This location had a dirty lobby and a disgusting ladies restroom. The food was mediocre compared to other Braums locations we frequent. Every table top was dirty. We had to clean ours before we could use it. In the ladies room, I took my handicapped child into the handicap stall. I immediately saw scraps of toilet paper all over the floor. The floor was grimy and the bathroom did not smell clean. As we had no other options, we proceeded. The next issue was the inability to get toilet paper out of the dispenser at a rate greater than one scrap at a time, not even one sheet at a time. Upon further inspection, it was clear that the roll inside was too wide for the dispenser and was also leaning to one side. I was forced to get on my knees (disgusting) to use two hands to turn the roll in order to get just enough tp to do the job. If my child or anyone else with limited mobility had tried to get toilet paper, it would have been impossible. What a shame!!!! While I was at eye level of the toilet, I unfortunately got a good view of the nastiness around the rim. Clearly not cleaned thoroughly or regularly. I have loved Braums since I was a little kid and I know what the normal standards are. This location is not meeting minimum cleanliness standards. read more

Dirty,dirty,dirty. Trash everywhere, flies dead and alive. If I hadn't already given my order I would have left. Didn't look like anyone had cleaned any of the equipment, counters, tops of ice cream freezers, down the front of the counters, floors had trash on them, counters had napkins, plastic lids underneath. Eight people working, well eight were there, 3 standing around, one at the register but when I walked up to checkout, she didn't offer to ring me up. This was 7:20 on a Sunday so no rush. They had 3 customers in drivethru and 3 at counter. Will never go back to that Braum's ever. It was nasty. read more

Clean facility. Good burgers and fries. Ice cream is delicious and their frozen cheesecake is out of this world highly recommended. Even checked the bathroom it was very clean. So contrary to a previous post. The toilet was clean. Stop by and get a burger and shake for a nice lunch. read more

This place is terrible. Every single time I go there I can guarantee they'll screw something up or forget to add something. There's this old hag that yelled at me telling me the card reader was ready for me to pay and I had already placed the card in the machine. Like no s*** you old raisin. Every time I go through the drive through they'll forget the Braum's sauce. Once I ordered the number 1 with no tomatoes or onions and they asked me "so you just want pickles and lettuce?" and I stated yes (silly me thinking their IQ was high enough to understand I still wanted cheese with it as well as the pickles)... instead I just received a dried out patty with some bread and a few pieces of lettuce. No mayonnaise of course to wet down the dried piece of cow that sacrificed its poor life to be served in such a disgrace. Once I went to use the bathroom to be dissatisfied with the piss and s*** stains stuck to the side of the bowl. Not a big deal because after I flushed the toilet about 5 time it appeared to be clean as a whistle. You're welcome staffing for taking care of your duties. Just a vent. I'll never be back to this establishment. I'm sorry Bruam's for this embarrassment. PS. They're never busy! read more

What's going on with Braums Tecumseh OK. I've been there twice this week and the place is filthy. Floors dirty, tables dirty, trash receptacles have ice cream residue that appears to be weeks old. The cashier guy/boy had a very dirty shirt and apron one. read more

it's alright sometimes, there a bit lazy and slow but when the good manager is in charge they get your food quick. with the other manager (the not so good one) she/he is mostly worried about the drive threw and so she/he will leave the customers waiting inside for about 30 minutes to an hour to get there food. This happens on the busy days if that manager is there. When you are in the drive threw it's quick after you order you might have to wait a few minutes though. read more

Absolutely love having a Braum's finally in Tecumseh! We have begged, pleaded, and prayed and it finally came. I love the food and the attached grocery section. Their milk lasts about a week to a week and a half passed the expiration date and has a much better flavor than anyone else's. They have a great selection of food products in their grocery s section including cookies, brownies, drinks, bread, milk, ice cream, and boxed lunches and family sized dinners. It's located right by the off and on ramp of 177. I really enjoy their breakfast too. Give it a try! read more

I love Braum's and love that they came to our small town. It's so convenient to be able to pick up a few quick groceries. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. It's always so dirty, not a single clean table, no straws or napkins, ketchup and pop everywhere. ( not at noon but 2 and 3 pm) The food is hit or miss. I worked for Braum's in the 80s. We would have been fired for standing around chit chatting while customers were having to wipe off their own table. read more

I like hamburgers. I like ice cream. I like groceries. But for this particular Braums..., I think they stretched themselves too thin. There is only one person, Pat, in the grocery dept. that knows what she is doing. The bathrooms are always terrible looking and smelling (places sell auto misters). The tables are always filthy and trash strewn all over the floor. The condiment bar is rarely stocked. The hash browns and fries are warm at best, (if you don't eat them first then your eating them cold, or not at all). The staff for the most part are quite friendly, but that's where it ends. The managers are condescending, as if they know what they are doing 100%, 100% of the time and if you disagree they look at you as if you just walked out of a drunk tank with your senses lost. One male manager in particular, obviously likes men, which fine, to each his own, but to overtly eye rape my children, which happen to be boys, that is something else entirely and needs to be dealt with. I'm just not going to frequent this place again, how someone else will deal the situation should it (and it probably will) happen again I have no idea. All I can say is that this place would probably run better/smoother if there were no managers. read more
