Absolutely spot on place a few steps away from T5 Heathrow, ideal either for a little peace and quiet in between flights or a business lunch. Very good service accompanied by excellent food. In my visit I had a great beetroot and cheese carpaccio, followed by a filet mignon which was beautifully executed being tender and still moist and for dessert a pistachios and wild cherries mousse which was historic and left you wanting more! The wine list is comprehensive but on the expensive side, well, all in all this place isn't cheap as for a three course dinner with wine you have to put aside around £50/60 per person at least, a la carte of course. I liked the modern ambience, light and airy with lots of daylight and well spaced and extremely comfortable seating areas. I would definitely go to the Brasserie Roux again and recommend it.
PS) two of my fellow diners were French and they heaped praises on the food, so it must have been good even by native standards! read more
