Be careful. I think their are major cause is to sign you up for one or more timeshare tours. They do sell tickets at discounted prices but sodas your hotel and many other places in town. On their extensive list are many shows and I talked with Desiree about them and what kind of the Covid precautions including auditorium size they had. She was kind and helpful but was unable to offer tickets to the Neil Diamond tribute show (not the Neil diamond gold which is also playing in town]. I admit that was not on her list but she was sure she could get them for me at a discount price. When the purchase order came it was at the full price much more than the tickets are available in town. They don't send you a detailed purchase list just a gross number that was charged to your credit card including taxes and fees. I know they have a low price guarantee but I don't think I want to mess with them for that amount of money while on vacation. I will be more careful next time. read more

We had to work with this company for 2 reasons. First, a program we signed up for to obtain some discount tickets to events in Branson and some spending money (which turned out to be worthless to us) Everything we were told initially on the phone turned out to be incorrect. A Sunday presentation for a Time share turned out it was not available on Sunday. We had to switch to Monday. They tried to make us attend this presentation at 11:30, we told them upfront, from the beginning, we would only attend this presentation at 8:30. Basically, we had to beg for that time slot. The vacation membership turned out to be a waste of time. This includes lies about the value of an investment in this program, if you needed or wanted to sell it t a later date for a fair value. They later tried to sell us someone else program at a significant discount to the seller. A 4 day/3 night bonus stay we earned for obtaining the presentation turned out to be very inflexible too. Basically everything we were told up front was not correct. Don't use these people. Dont waste your time with any vacation club either read more

If I could leave a zero I would. First, the guy sold us tickets to an attraction that was closed. I was supposed to get tickets to two attractions for the price I paid. Then he said I would get their refund if we showed up for a resort preview. I told him I was sick. He said we would just be charged for the full retail price for the tickets to Wonderworks. That's understandable. Next morning there are 2 charges. One for the tickets. One for $179. I called him and he refused to refund. He said he only gets paid if people show up for the tour and since I didn't, then he's not refunding it. I called the number on the receipt. It goes to a different company but the guy there said he would have a local agent call me. That didn't happen. I now have to dispute with my bank. Additionally, he said I signed a contract stating there wouldn't be a refund. I have a copy I signed. I didn't sign by the refund part because he told me I would be refunded so don't worry about that part. He also marked out and edited part of it. So it's not valid. One star is not even worthy, I received several calls offering free hotel or cruise if I attended a zoom presentation. The first presentation they emailed with wrong time, then called requesting I log in 30 minutes early. I logged on only to be kicked out by host wth! Then they had the audacity to text, call & ask if I attended...these people are so unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. The red flags were all there and why I went against my initial instinct won't make that mistake again. Rob could not spell my name after repeating 5 times only to have him call me back to ask again. Long story short never got his email for the contract, did get one from Crystal who also could not get the spelling of my name correct. I did not sign nor did I get back my deposit because they claimed was past refund window yet I spoke to Rob and his manager a few days afterwards & were told refund process would occur only for Rob to call a week later asking if I reviewed the contract and text. We were falsely promised a $50 visa card after getting through the Nantucket presentation and touring of the property. Beautiful place but noone was willing to help us out. We talked to the gifting shop and they had no power to give us what we were promised. When we went back to the main lobby to talk to them again, the people just walked us out of the door so the other potential buyers wouldn't hear our problems. We were told to leave the property and the guy who walked us out was insanely passive aggressive. I do not recommend doing any business with these people, which is unfortunate because the property is breathtaking. Much was left to be desired. Not only this, but we were told so many lies in order for them to make this sale. We were booked at the incorrect hotel, for starters, and were falsely told we would be somehow staying at the Nantucket, which did sound too good to be true. We were also promised show tickets. But, when receiving the virtual receipt, we were booked at the Stonecastle and our "show tickets" were for attractions (like wild world), not shows... Nobody knows what they are doing! We went through so many calls and there was a severe lack of communication. They say their calls are "recorded", so they could easily go and listen to these completely made up promises, however noone seems to be getting on the right page. Had a bad experience with the TIME SHARE salesman although they don't call themselves a time Share. When our friends rescinded (after we refused to buy into their bologna of buying our Westin time share in exchange for their point system plus $40k of our money), our sales person came out into the waiting room and yelled at us and said that's why couples traveling together can't attend the sales presentation -- because we talked our friends into rescinding. After we had done the presentation. They tricked us into signing paperwork to run our credit and open up a large credit card for us. The hadn't even told us how much it was. We didn't realize they had opened up the credit card until the next day when we received an email. When we called to complain they did nothing. An entirly different state. so I used a different phone to call to see who it was calling me since my screen said potential spam and they answered Branson Travel Group. SCAM!!!!! Tried to scam me twice! The guy on the phone said that he was giving me 2 free tickets to Haygoods. Not true!! Then the woman at the little shack tried to take my Spinnaker vouchers .. telling me that she was "helping me" she said that she works for Spinnaker which is a lie! She told me that my vouchers wouldn't pay for my Dollar City tickets, that id haveto pay another $100 out of pocket... I had $30 left after getting our Dollar City tickets thru Spinnaker. The woman was super mad when I knew that she was trying to scam me & insisted on her giving me back my vouchers which she tried lying to me saying that they're worthless. Because I requested a travel package, meaning information, they continually called me from local numbers, even after being asked to be removed. My latest communication with them was highly frustrating... I feel discriminated against. As a 62-year-old male unmarried they suddenly change their offerings. Shang I don't qualify for the package. They were trying to push on me. Do not book a vacation with them. Our hotel was awful. When we voiced our concerns they had a bunch of excuses stating they did not pick the hotel. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. The showers went hot and cold then hot again. It was awful. We had to move the microwave on to the floor in order to plug it in. The tv wasn't plugged in. The toilet flushed extremely slow. The travel group gave us a discount card that no one would accept. Told us we would receive a free pop corn at a show. That wasn't true either. Very disappointed in this company. I have been lied to from the get go. We got to the welcome center and they changed our meeting time after we got here , then Tammy told us there were no tickets available to several places that had several openings left. She said there was only one Christmas light drive through and there are several. She lied about restaurants, we asked about where a couple were and she said they were not in Branson at all and were literally right down the road. We didn't get the really nice motel that we were told we were going to get . The place they put us in had a king size room and a walk-in shower but the room smelled like mildew badly and it looked like someone had shaved a dog in the shower . The place gave us a room with two queen beds and a small bathroom. My wife had new white house shoes that the souls were black at the end of our stay from the carpet and they promise you a free vacation at one of many locations . It is not exactly free . You pay for the nightly taxes which run anywhere from around $45 up. Avoid these people like to plague . They called I decided to book a trip they told me I could put it in my sister inlaws name since I've done this in 2020. So I agreed since that's who I go to branson with. I paid 120 something dollars up front. I called reservations within 30 mins of paying for this to find out how I put this in my sister inlaws name and book a trip. I spoke to Cynthia she informed me my sister inlaw who have to have a major credit card. Well she doesn't I am the 1 who has the credit card. Since I can't do the 120 min time share thing my sister inlaw will be she would be disqualified for anything since she doesn't have a major credit card. So I asked for a refund because well we can't go on the trip this way. Cynthia told me she would call back she was going upstairs to listen to the phone conversation between the guy , the girl and myself. No call back, I call back today to be told that I have to wait 1 - 2 weeks for them to listen to the phine call to make sure I didn't agree with the terms. And that I wouldn't be getting a refund. So they just took my money for a trip we can't even go on. Don't use these people 100% rip off and a quick dollar for them. I bought a 'vacation package' 5 years ago with the statement that it was good for 12 months. I didn't use it, but they have continued to call me for the following 4 years. I finally said "yes, sure, we'll take the grandkids" and then it only got worse. They kept calling to confirm that I was coming, my office, my cell... it was relentless. I ended up finally almost screaming at them to stop calling me - that I would be there because I kept my promise. I'll note that the discount and pricing was adequate... We received 9 tickets to a show and a family room at a hotel with a water park all for $179. The value was actually fairly good. If they didn't stalk people to death, it might be worth doing without regret. That said... they DO stalk you and it's just horrible. Horrible. read more

These people are scammers. I bought a package deal from them. They called me twice to book a trip. I finally scheduled it. They told me I had to cancel within 2 weeks of my trip or there would be fees involved. I canceled almost a month before my trip. over a week later I got an email stating my trip was booked?! Call the company back up. The first person I talked with said no problems there is no fees involved unless you cancel 48 hrs or less before your trip time. She transferred me to the lady who I booked the trip with who was very rude and unprofessional. This lady told me that if I wanted to avoid fees I would have to purchase a trip insurance package for 19.99. That no matter how far in advance I canceled I would incur fees. I said this should have been told to me at time of booking. They also told me after booking that the 90 min tour I had to take could not be scheduled that most of the time they book it in the evening. Well that's nice but its when you want to go eat dinner and then go to a show. They just are not honest or up front. Plain scammers. I won't book again. I still was not interested and the supervisor was put on the phone. She talked, I listened, I considered and I still said no. She recommended I look at the website. I did, I also checked the BBB and found many complaints. I felt my own vacation time is just to valuable to risk losing it, especially with possible problems from this travel group. I said no thank you and hung up. SHE CALLED ME BACK! I said "Please take me off your calling list." She said she would. I GOT ANOTHER PHONE CALL!!! This time from some guy telling me he would take me off the list and I'm not very smart because I'm not educated on the BBB ratings. A gentleman approached us in the lobby of a restaurant and offered a free show ticket of our choice for filling out a survey. He suggested a kid friendly show and told us to go to the Branson Travel Group with our voucher. I thought it was a gimmick and didn't know what to expect. Wish I could give less than one star. I bought a package with the intent of taking future trips to Branson. I continually get calls pressuring me to book my trip. I am unable to take my vacation from work at this time and asked them over and over and over to stop calling me. When I can make a trip I will call them. I get transferred to supervisers each time and verify I thAt I will no longer be called. I work nights and can not deal with continual harassing calls. I have a safety sensitive job and being woke up puts myself and others at risk when I am not fully rested for work. I can not get them to stop calling me no matter how I try. SCAM!!! Do not use this company, it is a scam! I prepaid for a package and once I arrived in Branson,MO with my family they wanted to charge me an additional $100 and REFUSED to refund my money. I called the "customer service center" and spoke to "Manager Candace" and received ZERO refund and THE WORST customer service. While I was in the office on HWY 76 there was another customer service rep (if you can call them that) that was harassing elderly sisters for the same thing. My grandma made a travel deal with this company so me, my Mom, Aunt and her could have a girls weekend in Branson. The trip was great until my grandma had to go do the tour through Branson's Nantucket. The travel agency told her clearly, many times, that the tour was only 90 minuets so we dropped my grandma off and came back an hour and a half later as instructed. When we got there to pick her up, she was headed on a bus even though the time was up. We flagged down the bus to see what the problem was, and why they weren't done yet. One of the workers, Randy, came off the bus and up to our car. My mom asked why the tour was still going and if we could leave. Randy said that the tour was actually 2 hours long. My mom said that it was unfair to keep my grandmother longer then the 90 minuets because that is not what we signed up for. Randy said that we were wrong, to our faces, and threatened that if she didn't stay the extra 30 minuets we wouldn't get the bargen that we had originally. Then they left to finish the tour. My aunt went inside to complain to higher authorities about the rude employee that talked to us. I went inside shortly after to find her sitting in an office waiting. I sat down with her as the manager guy came in. He was even more rude then the first guy. He told us we were mistaken and there was a clear understanding in the paper work that the tour was two hours long. He treated us like we were dumb and didn't know what we were talking about, when we most definitely did. We stormed out saying that we would write detailed reviews on yelp. My grandma got back and she had to go inside to sign some papers to prove that she went on the tour so she could get her bargen. I went in to go and see what the hold up was... (I am 16 so I figured they wouldn't talk to me, little did they know I have a smart mouth) long story short, the manager that spoke to me and my Aunt, kicked me out... he said that the papers were "confidential" and l couldn't stand in the open room, full of other people, and wait for my grandma. In the end me and my family members were very taken by the blatantly rude and horrible service we had from the people that worked there. If you have a vacation booked through this service, I would cancel it and spread the word. I have a feeling this is a huge scam and the whole idea of the closed community, Branson's Nantucket, is a rip off and just plain weird and creepy. read more

BS the hotels suck, the longgggg timeshare presentation is brutal. i swear I suffer from PTSD now from their forced presentation.. i was told it wasnt high pressure.. YES IT IS dont let them lie to you. branson isnt worth the trouble there are many many nicer places to go on vacation.. try Eureka springs its about 1.5 hours from Branson WAYYY better.. beautiful area and the people are nice and no timeshare crap to be bombarded with to ruin your trip. the secondary vacation is a joke too.. they bribe you with this 2nd 3 day 2 night getaway only the days you want to go are never available and the hotel choices once you do finally get a reservation are crap. read more
