I am 100% sure they kidnapped my cat from my community and hostage her for donation and selling as a business rather than a non profit organization. Pure intention matters! I have donated to multiple organizations monthly base, raising fund for good purpose, money is not a problem for me. However, I don't want to reward bad behaviors. The missing time for my cat and the one they posted online matches and the very detailed stripes pattern matches. It's questionable that one employee said she from North Carolina, another one said she from West Virginia. I have my cat since she was born, I can recognize this cat from eye contact. Well, if you know your children, you know them by the spirit, right? I sent them many details to JUST take a look, they refused. It's not built to help ppl or animals at all. I will show how my cat look like and how sick she is now in their foster home. I'm deeply saddened and worried about her. She is territorial as a cat does. She has been a happy cat in her own home, wtf they think this is a rescue. Now I have to either kiss their ass or be assertive to fight against this negativity just to get her rescued from these horrible ppl. F that! If they don't practice as ethical as it should be, this is a big big issue! I put the photos of how my cat looked before and how she looks now in their foster homes(one with name caption) I am seriously furious and frustrated about this. If they couldn't give me an explanation why they made it so difficult to meet the cat. I have to say I will use my popularity and influence to the extreme to make things right!!!

On the 4th day, it was " sorry -just someone walked in the morning 5 minutes after the pup was processed and took the pup". She forgot to mention that they are closed to the public in the morning! The Pup was never on their adoption page and the only reason I knew about the pup I wanted is because a kind volunteer told me discreetly, they just got in a very small dog who was still behind closed doors... This said the big dogs... lots of them.

I have been a customer since 2020 and I can say that this is one the most disorganized unserious…read morebusinesses I have ever encountered. At first I was encouraged, they had a cat groomer that was very communicative and prices were reasonable. I would bring my previous cat for grooming but it was always difficult to schedule an appointment because they rarely answer the phone. On one occasion, I thought, let me go physically to the office to make the appointment. The door was open and no one was in the shop. The next day when I came again to make the appointment, the receptionist laughed and said they had someone new and that person didn't know how to lock up. Unfortunately my previous cat died and I got a new cat in late 2022. I explained the death to the receptionist when I booked the new cat for grooming. When I got to the appointment, she was calling the new cat the dead cats name--I had to explain to her again. Two additional times, when I was booking grooming, I had to tell the receptionist that the previous cat was dead. It was the same person but apparently cannot or will not update their records? Most recently booked grooming in November 2025. My cat gets the same thing every time and that was confirmed on the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived, the person at the front desk asked what the cat was getting done, and I answered confused, "she gets the same thing every time, do you not have the card?" Then she found the card, like "oh okay". Hours later, my mother called me to tell me she had a missed call from the groomers. I called several times, no one picked up. Now I'm concerned. If you don't pick up the phone when my cat is in your care, that's a huge problem. I drove to the shop. The receptionist is laughing with a client and a dog. Then I'm thinking, "is this why they're not picking up the phone". I ask the receptionist "is my cat ready" she responds, "good question" as if it's a joke?! She walks back and says, "I just got here". That's so unprofessional and irresponsible. When I talk to the cat groomer, I explained my concerns and that I have been a customer for years. He says they don't have a receptionist in the morning--which I did not know. Then he refuses to apologize for the gross misconduct. I got an email recently where they said they would be raising their prices--with this poor customer service and management they should not!

Signing up for the service was easy- after a quick house visit with Gus, the owner, we exchanged keys, and from that point on, were easily able to book an appointment on their website. In addition, once the appointment was set and we were away from our home, Gus and our assigned sitters were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and were more than happy to send us daily photos and videos of our cats or to accommodate last minute requests or detailed instructions. Whether we were away from our home for a 1 day getaway or a 10 day vacation, it was extremely comforting to know that our cats were well cared for, interacted with, and and well taken care of. I like that they have "grab bags" at the front with small items (bundles of greeting cards, sewing supplies, kids toys), this is a great way to reduce waste and put donations to good use!
