My Dad has been a resident of Brandywine Living at Wall for over a year and couldn't be happier. He constantly tells us how good everyone is to him and how comfortable he is living there. This is extremely comforting since he originally did not want to leave his home where he lived alone. At Brandywine there are always activities for him to participate in which he enjoys very much. The entire staff is caring, responsive and a pleasure to deal with for any reason. This pandemic is a very difficult time for all of us. But they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my Dad and our family so that we still feel connected but know that he is safe and well cared for. From day one I had good feeling about Brandywine at Wall, and now over a year later, I know we made the perfect choice and cannot imagine my Dad living anywhere else. read more

If you're looking for a place for your elder parents or loved ones in the Jersey shore area Brandywine should be at the top of your list. They are part of the overall Brandywine corporate entity which means there are high standards already in place. Couple this with the amazing executive team (Keith - executive director & Helen - Head Nurse) plus the wonderful front desk (Mary) and the countless support staff and you're in excellent hands. This is a home that you can feel comforted with. Your elders will have a ton of interaction, quality meals and tender & thoughtful attention. They have plenty of daily activities and field trips that they encourage the residents to join and participate in. It's definitely not the kind of place that just hopes their residents are docilely sitting in front of the TV night & day. It warms my heart to know my Mom is well cared for, better than I could do myself, and happy to be a part of a great community. read more

All show (particularly during the sales pitch) and very little substance. While some staff our great, there is a higher majority that are either average and very well below. This is a money making operation and, while they are big on stating the rights of the residents, they are ultimately concerned with their bottom line. The staff lacks creativity and the nursing staff is mostly reactive. If you are looking to have your parents somewhere you feel they will be well taken care of, this is not the place for you. Myself and both my siblings regret our decision - find a great live in. It will be cheaper and the care for your parents (if you find the right live in) will be of so much greater quality. read more

On March 1, 2020, my sister moved to Brandywine, Wall so we could be near each other. Just two weeks later the pandemic made all in-person visiting unsafe!!! Throughout a very challenging year, the staff at Brandywine has worked diligently to keep us connected, helping my sister navigate multiple FaceTime visits each day, hosting a festive birthday with decorations, activities, music, dancing - all on ZOOM so her sisters could "be there" to celebrate with her. The physical plant is beautiful, the physical care is excellent, and the activities and programs engaging. But the emotional care is what stands out at Brandywine. So many people have learned my sister and truly love her. It is the affection she receives that really stands out. Julie, Giovanna, Lucy, Vicki, Christine, and too many more to name have taken such affectionate interest in our dear sister. Nothing is more comforting than that! They have also born with all the difficult emotions involved in our family's journey down the brutal path of Alzheimer's. read more

Brandywine Senior Living at Wall is one of the finest establishments in the area with respect to empathy and attentive care for our loved ones. My wife and I looked at, and researched several care facilities in the area. Our gut feelings with respect to Brandywine's quality of care, and word of mouth opinions helped us to choose Brandywine in Wall. My 98 year old mother suffers from dementia, and requires more care than my wife and I could provide. The staff at BW treats the residents with kindness and respect. They keep their dignity, while going through the dark journey nature has forced upon them. We visit my mother very often, and monitor her care level continuously. The total level of care is excellent, in my view. The staff seems to go that proverbial "Extra Mile" for every body, all the time. I totally recommend this place, if you need help taking care of your relatives. It Is clean, well maintained, and the staff is professional at all levels. read more

We visited this place last weekend with the family - and Brandywine is a great place. The facility seems to be well managed, clean & very well organized. The staff we interacted with were professional and very accommodating. We researched the place by visiting their website--but go visit them in-person and you will be glad you did. As we were walking thru the place, we saw lot of happy faces of folks who live there which is always good to see. read more
