All our bodies are different, especially when going through hormonal changes so we'll get different results. Yes the people there are great. I paid for a package of 6 laser hair removal treatments at a set price of somewhere between $1000-$1500. I noticed that after each treatment my hair would grow back after 3 days and by the end of the 6th treatment I noticed a minimal amount of improvement. I wish they offered free sessions for people who pay for packages and need an extra treatment or two but the most they do is give you a 75% discount. It's not bad but considering how much has already been paid it can start to add up. Because of my experience there I wouldn't recommend this place. Save the money...try looking for other places that do offer better guarantees. I'm not sure if the reason I didn't get great results was because of this new pain free hair removal technology they changed to wasn't doing a good job or because my body didn't react well to it. I liked that it didn't hurt and I didn't scar but I'm not too far from how I was when I first went in for my consultation.
