I then canceled my appointment two weeks before the scheduled date and they refuse to refund me the payment I made. I was never told it would be non-refundable, if they had, I would not have scheduled it. This practice does not accept insurance and their treatment plans can go upwards of $22,000. They are horrible at returning phone calls and texts. Based on my own negative experience, I would not recommend this office.

Then, after finding a spot on my cervix and explaining what the next steps would be she asked me if I had all the babies I wanted already. My only complaint about the Clovis location is that it is on the opposite side of town from where I live and takes quite awhile to get there, having to drive through congested traffic. Then someone said they will be with me shortly, there after they broke their gathering Carla checked me in and gathered my insurance information etc. then about 10mins after checking in I was called back. Jaime was the MA who did my initial assessment. He was very kind and personable. Dr. Malvini was the physician who saw me. She came in with a bright smile and was just so upbeat, friendly and welcoming. She listened to my concerns, provided her recommendations and 5mins later I was out the door. I was there a total of 30mins from start to finish. Besides my first initial encounter entering I had a great experience! I didn't wait long, thankfully and the Dr. Malvini was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend and return to this location for all my UC needs.
