Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.

I booked services at La Peau in Fresno for a bachelorette party of six. The week of the event, I…read morecalled to modify just my massage because I was five weeks postpartum, dealing with a painful PUPPP rash and stitches in my back from a biopsy. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa.
