2 Ham Egg and cheese on a roll.

These guys know sandwiches. This place is super clean and serves great sandwich /deli food. Sometimes the lines can be long, but we know that going during the off hours are the best especially in the Summer. They use boars head cold cuts and offer specialty sandwiches. Breakfast and Lunch only, stop by and give it a try if you haven't already.

- Solid, local deli. - Walking distance from the beach. - Much cleaner/nicer than the average deli. - Sandwiches are big and good for sharing! - The gentleman helping us was so welcoming and pleasant. I had the "Big M" - grilled chicken, prosciutto, mozzarella, balsamic vinaigrette, red peppers ($10.86). So good and so worth it. The hero was huge but not overwhelming or falling apart or all over the place. They give you a decent, normal amount of meat unlike some delis that go overboard and then charge you an arm and a leg. I would recommend.

This deli is great! It has all the workings of a typical LI deli, but is larger and cleaner than most. The specials are written in chalk on the wall but feel free to snag a menu to see what other pre-made specials are around. Obviously, they'll make you whatever your heart desires if you're a custom sammie kind of guy. My order of turkey with L T and honey mustard was perfect. Lots of meat, not stuffed with weird, pale tomato slices, and some really good honey mustard. Snagged a chicken soup which was solid too. Although it's in a pretty busy area food-wise, Brand's happens to be a great deli and is worth a visit. Protip: Eggs until 2pm

This is it! I grew up in Bellmore going to My Hero. This place beats My Hero and there douchery attitude. The sandwiches are like no other. Stacked and great quality! Oh and look no further for your classic bacon, egg, and cheese(add some home fries for an out of the park breakfast sandwich). It's great to see the owner making sandwiches alongside the employees. Everyone working there is super friendly and welcoming.

(I've only been here once) Wow. The Big M is an amazing sandwich! This place makes serious, true deli sandwiches with fresh cut meats and cheeses. And they don't skimp. Bread has a perfect crunch. Service is very friendly while also being efficient. Prices reasonable, especially on LB. I'll be back again.

Order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. Always get orders wrong. Annoying BC nice staff but after a few times I moved on

My husband and I popped into Lido's for lunch and WOW -- the food came to play…read more First of all, the complimentary pickles? Elite. But the real star of the opening act was the coleslaw. I am not a coleslaw person (like... ever), but this one changed me. The veggies were crisp, the dressing was perfectly balanced -- not too sweet, not too heavy -- and honestly, I could eat a tub of it and not get tired. Character development unlocked. We decided to share the Heartburn Wrap, which was definitely big enough for two. Minor user error on my part -- I thought it came with pastrami and hot peppers, but apparently I ordered it wrong. That one's on me, and trust and believe I'm running it back next time the correct way. We also shared the matzo ball soup and let me tell you... it tasted like somebody's bubbe made it with love and a little bit of magic. Straight up warm hug in a bowl. Service-wise, our server wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy -- but honestly, I didn't come here to make friends. I came to eat, and on that front, Lido's absolutely delivered. Bottom line: phenomenal food, generous portions, and we will 100% be back. Must try.

I got a bowl of matzo ball soup and split a sandwich with my mother. That along with the all you can eat kosher dill pickles filled me up nice and good. Two things to keep in mind though. In the winter, there is a really cold draft so be sure to dress warm if you were eating in. Also, the parking isn't great, but there is a lot across the street.

I stumbled upon this deli at about 7:30pm this past Saturday. Okay, to clear, it was a figure of…read morespeech.. I didn't actually stumble. I biked there from the beach and since it seemed pretty safe, I left my bike outside. Okay I'm not completely crazy, I did kind of obstruct it's view from the public by tucking it slightly between the wall and a giant cooler type thing that was there. I guess I'm trying to paint the picture here that the area seemed really safe and there was barely anybody out and about too. The store seemed very old school and upon chatting with Kevin, one of the owners, I learned the business has been in his family since the 70's. WOW! He showed me his photo wall of memories and it was really interesting to see all of the generations that once ran the store. He also told me about the devastating effects Hurricane Sandy had on the store and the long rebuilding process. I walked in with the intention of getting water (since I felt a little dehydrated from the day's long bike journey) yet somehow my ADHD thoughts decided a giant can of Fosters beer and a King Cone was a much better idea. The combo actually seemed amazing and I was looking forward to it.. however I dropped the bag from biking to my next destination. When I went to pick up the ice cream.. it was a goner. But I digress.. Lindell Deli and Grocery is an old school deli, with good prices, good service, long history, great location and epic come-back story.
