The price included removing all of the old caulk, taping, and installing new caulk. Scheduling was incredibly fast -- I received an appointment for the very next day. The handyman arrived on time, was very professional, and even removed his shoes before entering the house. He walked through each bathroom with me and confirmed the work he would be performing. He worked quietly and very efficiently, and he cleaned up thoroughly after each job. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Loyal Handyman!

He was able to send out a handyman at my next available time, which was less than a week later. The handyman arrived at the time quoted, and we went over the job. He was very respectful of our home, removing his shoes without being asked. He did the job efficiently and checked in along the way, which helped because there was a little confusion about which light to put on the garage. That was resolved quickly, and we were all set. I would recommend Loyal Handyman as a reliable, responsive company that gets the job done right.

That's when I learned he does more that electrical. He's done a lot of small jobs, and several large ones, re-doing my whole laundry room, tearing out my closets, adding doorways removing doorways and we are now scheduling a bathroom remodel. He's great with the kids, dogs, makes sure the tools/kids are safe together. Heck at this point he even has a key! There have been times that I have an emergency and he is right there. This said, if he calls me when we have an appointment and tells me another customer had an emergency I understand. He will tell me the truth when I need something and when I don't. He also refused to let me get away with putting something really cheap and poorly made in, because he knows it will break and I'll have to pay him twice. He backs his work and won't be satisfied if it isn't right, even if I think it looks OK. I have full trust in Ed and his work!
