I had to pay extra every time I wanted something customized, but thought it would be worth it in the end if it produced more business. They also talked me into spending more each month for SEO optimization so that my website could be found more easily on Google searches. I have spent over $10,000 on their site and services and the site is not findable on Google anywhere, no matter what you search. It has produced absolutely no business for me at all over the past two years I have been with them. I tried to cancel by sending them an e-mail and they kept e-mailing me and calling and leaving voicemail messages and saying they needed to talk to me in order to cancel. They also kept trying to charge my card, but thankfully I have blocked them from receiving any more payments. Now they are trying to say I owe them $277 for the month of September, even though I have not gotten any results or service from them for the entirety I signed up for SEO, which is over a year. My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB against them and possibly even the FTC as this is crazy that they want more money for the zero service they have been providing! I can create a website through my CRM and pay nothing for it, just so that I can have a website that doesn't produce any leads! Save your money!
