I'm busy, so I have to rely on the companies I work with to really do their jobs so I can do mine to support our team. I have a Human Resources/Team website for our Associates who work in all areas and California and now also in Texas. My HR website is a valuable resource for all of our Associates and particularly our Supervisors. Our businesses are open every day of the week. It's so great to know our team can rely on our website because I can rely on Digital Style. We've very pleased with their design work and their ongoing support is far and away the best I've received with any website vendor. They are just great! This occurred to me today when I notified them of an issue with a document I loaded to the site and they fixed it in no time and cleaned up my mess basically. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate the support. :)

Mike exceeded my expectations and designed a stunning Wordpress website that has a beautiful menu. I was so impressed by it that I hired him to optimize my Google search too. Now I have new customers finding me online and making appointments through the website. He made the entire process extremely easy and handled all the technical stuff that I don't have time for. I highly recommend using Mike for his website design and marketing services! He is now my full-time webmaster and maintains my website.

I talked to Brand Image Media, they answered any questions I had, and decided to move forward with the marketing plan. Every month I received detailed reports, most of the details I didn't even really know what they were because I'm not the internet-friendly :). However, what I did see was my website climbing in google and I started to see targeted leads coming into my business. 3 months later, I hit first page and my business was booming with new leads and increased website traffic! I will certainly continue using Brand Image Media's services to keep bringing in fresh new leads and increasing my revenue month after month! It's funny, these guys charged less than I paid other services and the results I've seen are second to none. Thanks so much!

The actual web development was basic at best, is unfinished, and I had to go into my own site to keep it from being public. I've never heard of a web designer posting a site live before it is complete. It has been 3 months, during which they took on other jobs and I still have an unfinished site. I paid $5,000 in May to have nothing in August...and Oscar will not even provide the high resolution images that I helped develop and already paid for. Thank goodness I did NOT provide my Admin login or host on their server which he pushed hard to have me do. This is so disappointing and all respect is lost for this group. I expected more integrity.

What I love most about them, is that they care about my entire business and not just the piece they are hired to work on. They took a genuine interest in our services and created a fantastic end user site! We presented Experia Creative with a business challenge that we were experiencing not just on the website but through the challenges of simply being a new company and developing an easy workflow, and through their work on the website - they were able to create clarity and simplicity that we didn't even know we were looking for. Sean repeatedly gave advice and tips on how to ensure our user experience was seamless from start to finish, showing us that they care about our success and made us feel like they are invested in growing with us. Through the COVID crises-they regularly checked in, were very responsive, and easy to speak with on a human level. We look forward to having these guys as part of our company and our expansion, not just a vendor we hire when we need copy changes! Thank you Experia, Greg and Sean!
