When I got back a couple of days later and realized I left my keys I was horrendously screamed and cussed at for asking for them to be brought to the main terminal so I could get them back. I have bought multiple pieces from these guys and I will never be going back. They had all my information attached to the keys on a handwritten note and didn't even call me to let me know they had my keys.

This is my/our second purchase from this particular location but not our 1st from a merchant with the Helzberg marquee. We went to have my wife's ring that I got for her in February cleaned and wound walking out with another one as well as the cleaned one. Or should I say with her "cleaning up".? Lol. But honestly it's a nice environment to "shop" around in and it's not high pressure salesmanship either. They offer a wide variety of jewelry and accessories but as of right now a limited on high end "premium " watches because as soon as they come in they are gone. I did chat up a little conversation about the Rolexes and the salesman told me as soon as the popular ones, ie". The submariner" come in they are gone and even have a waiting list. But they do have a little bit of everything that a jewelry store would be expected from precious stones and metals to man-made stones. With a price range for every one. But what I really like about this establishment is the service. Even though as it seems one person gets the commission ( I think) if their is one but they all or seem to be assisting with the final sale. One thing also that I thought was cool was back in the day they use to give you an eyeglass to check out your or the cuts of the jewels now they put it under a microscope and the imagery is transferred onto a monitor. Technology is just getting crazier and crazier, or maybe I'm just getting older, nah. It's the advancement of the technology, lol. I wanted to ask pricing on a ring but knew my time was limited. No one addressed or knowledges someone will be with you in a minute. I'm standing at the case near the door for the chain I want. I used my entire break to be ignored, glanced at and have others helped that came in after me. They had five employees there on Mother's Day Sunday. I know they knew I was a mall employee because I still had my radio on but looked at me like I wasn't the standard consumer but I'm still a customer.
