I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. As I indicated earlier, this is gonna be a process; so, I just might follow-up a few months from now to let whomever is interested know the final fabulous results. Dr. Koplon and his staff gladly stayed late and fixed the problem. Over the years we enjoyed hearing about his children, including his son who was in dental school. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

From the initial entrance, to my teeth cleaning and even leaving at the end of my visit, every interaction was professional, warm and welcoming and they seemed genuinely appreciative of Mt families business. I brought my 2 littles in with me, for my cleaning and the hygienist, Becca, was so sweet and grabbed 2 chairs for them. The waiting area is bright, clean and was decorated for valentines day. They had a mini bar with soft drinks, a coffee station and cute homemade treats by the front desk. I'm so glad I chose this place for our new dentist. The new crown is better than the original that was made awhile back. The ladies that take your payment are also kind. They also offer in-house dental insurance.
