The Dentist here are knowledgeable about the newest techniques and have in-house use of the best equipment. This pair represents many decades of dentistry. The treat a lot because they have seen a lot. They are rarely surprised. This visit is a routine cleaning and evaluation for a permanent tooth replacement. Looks like we will be putting the new implant soon. The room layouts are friendly, the place looks great. I got to listen to Journey, Gaye, The Stones, Barry White, Ronstadt, Cher and many other rock legends while in the chair. She filled my cavities with no pain during or after and had my teeth lined up perfectly the first time! In fact, you might want to hide your wallet in your shoe before you step inside. On the plus side, the place is clean and the personnel are competent. They use state of the art equipment and offer free initial exams to qualified patients. But they use that equipment to find any possible treatment they might conceivably provide, present it to you as though your teeth are just weeks away from rotting out of your head if you don't let them give you the works, and charge you top dollar. Google will tell you that the average cost of a simple cleaning at Aspen is $80 to $200. That's what I went in for. After a thirty minute exam I was told that, at a minimum, I needed the cleaning, deep treatment for a possible future gum infection, treatment for critical bone loss, and two crowns, all of which could be mine for the low, low cost of $2300. Good thing I had no cavities, loose fillings, or gum disease or I might have been looking at some serious money. In the end, I got out with just the 'deep' cleaning, at a cost of over $500. Aspen is like a shady used car dealer or a roadside carnival. They lure you in under the guise of being an affordable alternative to standard dentistry, but once they get you in the chair they are milking you like a rube for every dime they can possibly justify with their high-tech 'free' exam, and strong-arming you with threats of imminent tooth loss and gum disease if you don't sign the treatment/payment authorization forms that are waiting for you at the end of that exam. Might as well go to a more traditional family dentist. He won't charge you more than Aspen Dental will.

They actually asked if I wanted to do my procedure the first day but I had a speaking engagement soon so I postponed it until the next week. When I did get the root extraction it was basically pain free. I had a CEREC crown placed by Plagenhoef in 2022, and unfortunately, it popped off within months…read morewhile eating banana bread. I had been super careful not to eat on that side since it was uncomfortable to do so, and the day I didn't think about it a simple bread popped it off. I got it put in again by Millington in 2023 and made sure to continue not to eat on that side and barely flossing on that side for the fear of it popping off again, not even making it to a year of it being replaced I accidentally flossed the crown and it popped off AGAIN! When I originally got the crown, I was told it would last at least 5 years, Dr. Millington reassured me the second time it should last at least 5 years, but when I called the office about it falling off this second time, the staff suddenly claimed that CEREC crowns only last 2 years--which is not true. It popped off on a Thursday night and when I called Friday morning they wouldn't see me until the following week Tuesday, and after complaining they moved it to Monday. Frustrated, I went to a new dentist for a second opinion, and who saw me that same day and they found that there was no cement left inside the crown at all, meaning it likely was never properly bonded in the first place. The new dentist had to roughen the surface of the crown and use stronger cement to ensure a proper fit--something that should have been done correctly the first time. I trusted this office to provide a long-lasting, quality restoration, but instead, I've had to deal with unnecessary stress, repeat visits with needle numbing each time, and unexpected costs. If you're considering this dentist for a CEREC crown, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion or asking about their bonding techniques because I'm convinced at this point the cement might be from TEMU for it to last 2 years as the staff told me. It seems like they were doing this purposely to see me yearly and get money from a crown on a yearly basis. I personally will not be returning ever again.

From the initial entrance, to my teeth cleaning and even leaving at the end of my visit, every interaction was professional, warm and welcoming and they seemed genuinely appreciative of Mt families business. I brought my 2 littles in with me, for my cleaning and the hygienist, Becca, was so sweet and grabbed 2 chairs for them. The waiting area is bright, clean and was decorated for valentines day. They had a mini bar with soft drinks, a coffee station and cute homemade treats by the front desk. I'm so glad I chose this place for our new dentist.
